Arts For Global Development, Inc. [Art4Development.Net] is an international online voluntary initiative with a purpose of furthering interdisciplinary, multisectoral, and creative approach in social change. We aim to facilitate creative sector and stakeholders of development together empower socially and economically disadvantaged individuals and communities worldwide, particularly children, youth, and women. The initiative works for promoting this awareness, forming a worldwide network by making the best use of ICTs, and furthering any form of art (fine arts, performing, digital,…) in tackling the challenges in the development field and transforming societies into more socially conscious, tolerant, responsible, and creatively active groups of people.

UN Volunteers
The United Nations Volunteers is the UN organization that supports sustainable human development globally through the promotion of volunteerism, including the mobilization of volunteers. It serves the causes of peace and development through enhancing opportunities for participation by all peoples. It is universal, inclusive and embraces volunteer action in all its diversity. It values free will, commitment, engagement and solidarity, which are the foundations of volunteerism.
The Global Gallery is collaborating with UNV to outreach to young people within the context of a photo exhibition that UNV is holding in Manila, the Philippines, during the Fair of Volunteerism 2004.

The Young Digital Creators Program is an online exchange initiative where young people can create digital songs and art pieces in collaboration with their peers around the world. It is YDC's belief that digital creativity could serve as an artistic medium to express your thoughts, ideas and opinions on different kinds of global issues of our time.

ARCfest
ARCfest is a project of Phoenix Community Works Foundation. Founded in 1973, the foundation is a registered charity located in Toronto that assists projects aimed at the development of healthy local, regional and international communities. The TIG Global Gallery is partnering with ARCfest around a Human Rights Arts Festival creating an online platform for the event and beyond that showcases artwork related to human rights in Canada.

B&B magazine, published in Indonesia, creates a two page feature on the Global Gallery and its latest initiatives for the magazine every month. B&B promotes human, social, cultural, environmental values and spotlights people and organizations that champion these values.

Magic Carpet Rides
The Global Gallery and Magic Carpet Rides have parterened around the Global Mosaic contest that will spotlight submissions, besides online, in a permanent exhibition at the Funhouse Discovery Museum for children on Orcas Island. Magic Carpet Rides is an evolving vision with the goal of bringing the world together through creative expression such as photography and stories to celebrate the diversity of all peoples while recognizing our inherent equality. By bringing geography, world culture, and nature together, MCR aims to increase our future generations' knowledge of sustainability and conservation of this planet that is our kids

Peace Challenge (Youth Millennium Project)
The Global Gallery and the Youth Millenium Project have partnered around the Visions of Peace contest, which was created and launched within the framework of YMP's Peace Challenge. The GG will present an online version of the final exhibition at a conference in Vancouver, being held in July. The Youth Millennium Project is a charitable international youth initiative based at the University of British Columbia. YMP builds peace by educating youth on global citizenship and peace leadership, and empowers youth to contribute to international and community development.

TeenNet Project
The TeenNet Research Project lead by Dr. Harvey Skinner is based in the Department of Public Health Sciences in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto. The goal of the project is to generate new knowledge and develop practical tools for engaging youth in health promotion using interactive technology.
Since 1995, TeenNet has been a pioneer in combining ‘high tech’ Website development, community mobilization and action research. TeenNet involves young people from diverse backgrounds in all stages of program design, development and dissemination. This "youth in action" approach underscores individual choice by youth and the exploration of options regarding health behavior. TeenNet also collaborates with a network of organizations directly involved in education and health promotion with youth. The Global Gallery is partnering with TeenNet providing an online space for the Global Youth Voices Exhibition.

Village Galleries
Our essential hope is to spark imagination and empower the young people;building confidence, self-esteem and hope. Children will document and share their culture with each other and ultimately with the world. With these goals in mind, the VILLAGEGALLERIES team will teach camera basics, lighting, composition, the development of point-of-view, and sequencing for narrative. Classes/meetings will allow the children to develop their innate creativity through photography. The photos have the potential to awaken their self-expression and enliven their curiosity. In doing so, they will respectfully document their community past, present and future. Our long-range plans include websites, books, and touring photography exhibits. We hope the images will be finalized in a touring exhibition and a group book, to be viewed within Tanzania and around the world
