The focal point needed to do so, is where leadership can steer the present socio-cultural reality of Canada, to heal from the past, and to move on track to settle on the journey toward the universal citizenship, where the econo-political forces may grow into global solutions.

The healing can begin by agreeing upon a renewed definition of Soveriegnty that can satisfy such a starting point.

Dear colleague,

In light of the financial-economic crisis of the US first and then the rest of the world as a consequence of the US downfall, there are obvious questions that arises, when it comes to security and its systems.

What have the US been securing? With nearly 800 military basis world wide, the US and capitalism is now showing to be the emperor without clothes.

The benefit you described has become the core of the problem that defeats solution attempts.

The kind of questions that global thinkers are faced with go something like:
How can the Western powers and the security council of the UN offer peace and security to the planet, while deceit and confrontation remains in charge of pulling the strings of financial profit?

When mental health and sanity come into balance in the civil society of universal citizenship, removing the masks of knowledge, politeness and influence, there will then come into existance the emergence of a unified police force, grown from all legitimate armies of the world, rooted in the simplicity of self-control.

When It is community based and supported, the mission of the police force is framed to serve and to protect, as opposed to the military domination of command and control structures.

So why not use the present currents of times that are now moving like white water turmoils, so that we may awake and rise up to the promise that globalization is meant to mean...?

Why should the powers that be and the people remain so far apart from peaceful community self-government?

As I read about aiming the empowerment of the proposal toward the women in Africa, I am wondering if we could take on the approach of Health-Education-Correction at the heart of the application.

The 3 can be joined as one social policy designed to link the individual and the community in the training of decision-making.

Democracy is the wisdom of agreeing as equals, for the utmost benefit to all.

Leadership of this kind needs to get consolidated by cultivating decision making from home to school, to work, at play and back home by a participation in the Spirit Who teaches that the greatest in our midst are the servants of the others.
Conflict resolution and peaceful political renewal is then possible, because the changes are decided by the people, in accordance to their needs locally.
Such empowerment could be the means by which to convey the message that democracy is a way of life, applicable and needed in every decsion that affect more than one person.

Democratic maturity is found in the simplicity of deciding with care and of doing with complete dilligence, what is best for the majority so that the majority gets to extend its benefits in all simplicity to all minorities

Inspiration is at the heart of democratic participation.

How do we tap into inspiration and do we get on to channel inspiration?

By embodying the simplicity of love comminted in action and in truth in our daily lives. Healthy inspiration reaches out to all ages. With it, we get to be invigorated in the present with hope.

Again, this is where communities need to realise that school is the middle ground of personal and communal cultivation and that it is crucial to develop the framework of functional democracy, grown around the heart of Health-Education- Correction.

Here is a piece I wrote in 2002, in an attempt to describe how we could approach and deploy such a school policy at the personal and communal level:

MUTUAL PENETRATION WITH HISTORY/
A NATIONAL RETREAT TO ENTER THE LIFE OF OUR COLLECTIVE DESTINY

History is generally understood by young people, as this boring academic chore required of them by the education system.
The intent and purpose of the curriculum in teaching history, is to cultivate the relevancy of the past to the present, thereby preparing students in what provides them with the awareness of continuity.
Because of such a low level of interest for history among students, a new approach could be tried. Instead of academically bringing the past to the present, why not equip each student with what is needed to explore the past, starting from their own personal present.
By bringing the students to explore what brought about their own life, it will generate the ability for the in-depth look needed to understand their present.
Such transparent movement of clarity will gradually connect our lives with the past and thereby, eliminate the irrelevancy of a constant promise of a better future that never comes from generation to generation.
This method of personal and communal apprenticeship to journey together as one,would motivate by inspiring as opposed to go on force-feeding the memory for the sake of the curriculum's aproval.

Because of the state of stress and terror in which we live locally and globally, anyone with noble concerns for education is aware of the massive need to heal the individual identity’s growth process, by tuning in the dynamics of inter-personal activity with reconciliation and co-operation. History of the whole human race is screaming to remind us of that.

It doesn’t make much sense to teenagers to learn that their parents, teachers, governments and authorities at large, are going on repeating history without any alternative being offered other than: “That's the way things are”, type of responses.
If the history courses were to bring together the sciences relevant to the healing of personal and ancestral history, such as sociology, psychology and all the way to psycho-neuro immunology, there could be a path getting paved to develop the learning method from play school on, with the parents and child, serving the need to assemble the relevancy of each along with all, so as to bridge school solidly with home life, work life and re-creational's regenarating energies with purity of soul and body.
History classes would then become a time in school when one is given a chance to assemble the components of his or her existence, where one learns to assimilate each life experience in a maturing perspective of his or her life.
It would develop the sense of rationality from understanding the path of their own life and identity.

By entering history in such a personal manner, school would evolve to provide a forum for the apprenticeship of communicating in the comfort of intimacy and in the confidence of trust.
It would gradually lead the “I am” of each student into the relevancy between their life and the flow of history in the riverbed of time.
Once well rooted, such a method could even become key to open the doors of the community, reaching out through the cultural and social walls of divisions, by entering the dimension where academic theory and practice find trust and harmony with each other.
In practical terms, it would be the neutral ground to bridge and to complete the distance and the incompatibilities between home and community life.
This approach also provides the opportunity to embark on a massive research and development movement into the human faculty of living.
The faculty of living is an expression I use to describe the holy grail aimed at by all people of good will through out humanity’s history.
It is the initial and final frontier to experience the solemn beauty of being human to emerge.
The faculty of living is what brings each individual to be penetrated and to penetrate the meaning of existence, while providing guidance and nourishment to live in the state of justice, peace and joy.

Historically, this faculty has been painfully growing through millenniums of dark, fearful and evil resistance on the part of those who hold on to knowledge, intellectually acquired, as opposed to spiritually acquired knowledge, so that theory and experience do not get seperated from their togetherness.
Such resistance is present in all human beings and is responsible for the perpetuation of the never-ending power struggle and misery among humanity.
The faculty of living is the healthy state of spiritual human living in all that it means and separated apart from all the lies that it never meant and yet, that are still upheld today in various forms.

Destiny is calling each and all to the citizenship that expresses the solemn beauty of being human. This is, after all, what the ancient voice of humanity’s youth has been longing for throughout the ages, feeding and reverberating the growth of common sense.

Yes, the history curriculum can indeed become a safe and yet potent tool for the authorities of care to cultivate our individual and collective growth into the stability of well-being.

In time, as the cultivation takes root, we could attain the point at which we begin the process of harnessing the lessons of the past and learn to live, with great contagion across all of the Earth, in the solemn beauty of being human, cheered on by the ancient voice of humanity’s youth and enjoyed in the health of common sense.

Offered to all the moms, dads and children who seek inner justice, peace and joy within and amongst us all...

So for the sake of transparency, here's the truth about my paralysed
state of affairs.

As a stay-at-home-dad, the problem I have in starting up into an
internet business, is my accumulated bad credit; built over many
years, on several fronts of the financial systems, ie banks, credit
cards, 4 levels of Canadian governments, family and friends.
When it comes to money, the trust of my existance is not worth any
credit, because I gave up many years ago, on the promise of a better
future, at the cost of sacrificing today's well being.

I am well aware that my financial state is enough to demonstrate
unstable emotional and/or mental health. The crisis brought on by such
condition, is the opportunity I hope to exploit, implementing a
scaling up momentum of healthy human resources from out of the
unstable mental conditions that plagues much of the world population.

The niche of activity that I found since 9/11/01's official launch of
terror-anti-terror's campaign, is in producung content for the
Internet, aimed at counter-acting that campaign.
That content has recently started to be translated in many languages
by peers of the Internet.

Could I propose to Value Networks and to Minciu Sodas to explore with
my content and our strategizing, how to pioneer trails of marketing
renewal, raising the various start up capitals by motivating the
average joe philantropy ecosystem?

In the West, that system is called taxes.

The pioneer trails of marketing renewal I speak of, are to come from

control and community self-government.

The value in this, is that ultimately, community self-government is
one way to describe the holy grail of democracy's dream!

attend the funeral of the last Pope.

She did not show up, supposedly because of the disagreement over
Taiwan, but when we consider that China has its own State Catholic
Church, then the view deepens dramatically.

So the picture of the Frenchman in exile in his own country of Roman
Catholic ancestry and the wise Tibetan in exile can suddenly capture
all of Hollywood, Bombaywwod, Hong Kongwood and so on...into a live
movement of masses from out of the grip of the entity of terror-anti-
terror and into the possible delight of mutual pleasure that life is
made to be all about."

ceremonies of the Olympics in China and the Dalai Lama's hand shake
campaign,as an ideal time and place to facilitate the emergence of a

Potency of meaning comes from being connected into one another's worth from general to particular to general to particular to general, and so on, where the whole and the parts are interlinked.

Potency of meaning is the fuel of universal caring and bonding, where the comforting Presence, the council and the empowerment of God lives! Relevance and relatedness are the keys to the potency of meaning.

Such potency of meaning feeds me into who I am, according to my Maker's design of me. In such a blessed state, do I discover what I have, in terms of talents and inclinatios to express who I am.

As I get to know whom I am and what I have, I am then equipped to express who I am from what I have, by doing all that I am called to, in all the clarity being brought on by the transparent daylight of particular relevance within the framework of general relatedness, offered and revealed by the moment's needs.

There is an expression I keep hearing when it comes to big deal situation like politics and economics. Often I hear: "...the devil is in the details." So a good and healthy small talk is like keeping the devil out of the details of God's affair of sourcing the particular in tune with the general and vice-versa.

As Jesus speaks in terms relating to the topic of big talk-small talk, He says:

“Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or else make the tree bad and its fruit bad; for a tree is known by its fruit. Brood of vipers! How can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things, and an evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things. But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgment. For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.” Mt 12,33-37

Potency of meaning is an expression I use in opposition to the word "idle" that Jesus warns against.

So basically, "in general" is the common denominator that keeps the details of the particular free from confusion, deceit and evil.

The gift of Eternal Life forms the rails of the whole and the locomotive moving on those rails is our personal cultivation of the gift. Together, we are then carried homeward bound, each and all, by the constant growth of intimate relatedness and relevancy between the whole and the parts, from general to particular.

For the sake of deploying such a vision withouth causing a destructive domino effect uopn the present economic forces that are trapped in the past, I invented the word "Flowcalization", made of Focal-local-flowing. It is a word that defines the "radiation" of intelligence from inner justice and peace as opposed to its "militant" structures of command and control and of restrictive peer pressure.It moves from personal to communal, from micro to macro and from local to global."

When the collapse becomes inevitable, all the war machines will be forced to merge into the corporate agenda, putting in place the artificial mechanisms to keep the masses of villages from interfering with the powers that be, who never had time to adjust to the assembling of going from competing to completing, but who suddenly, will have to behave according to the teens' uprise against the village."

Here is the lates entry I made to describe my lite time investment.

Canada is suffering from a severe identity crisis, which holds the Aboriginal nations, the English and the French in a constant tension of disunity, seeking the proper way to make it into unity. This condition is known as the national unity crisis.
Of Course, the answer I propose is to grow as a mature people of all people, by the Faith we are given to do so, in Christ-Jesus.
The approach I use, is to work towards the setting up of a 24/7 community centre, from where we will host and document the healing of domestic oppression and violence.
Once we have accumulated enough documentation, we will hire writers, producers, directors and actors to docu-dramatise our documentation into televised series.
The context of the project is rooted in the province of Alberta Canada, where we celebrated its first century of existance in 2005.
Alberta was built with 3 Klondikes (gold rushes). The first one was the precious metal's gold rush, the second was the green gold of agriculture and the third is the black gold of fossil fuels.
During the second one, Alberta grew to become what is known in certain circles as the "bible belt" of Canada.
The other 2 klondikes attrackted much of the people in search for adventure, temporal pleasures and power.
And so, it is in the hope to see this community centre project through, from conception to maturity in Christ and on the air to grow as a means for the healing of Canadian people's unity by the Holy Spirit that I wrote these 2 songs, as themes of the project's description and direction...


INVISIBLE GOLD RUSH
OF BEING
ALBERTAN

2005 was the year when
I turned one hundred years old!
One century spent to define
the life within brand new borders,

where borders had never existed before,
but where nations had flourished for thousands of years,
and in 1905 the time had arrived
for the Empire to stretch to the west
in hope for improvement.

When I was named as a Canadian province,
John Campbell wrote to his wife:
“In token of the love which thou has shown for this wide land of freedom,
I have named a province vast
and for its beauty famed by thy dear name.”

Thus was I introduced to the nations,
with a name of the 4th daughter of Queen Victoria

Alberta is my name,
t’was inspired with honour
from a man’s love for his wife,
known to be strong, artistic with exquisite taste!
That couple was forward- looking people,
concerned for the less fortunate.
With the name I was given, I am well poisitioned
to avoid the Eastern mistakes of the Empire.

I’ve now been led past the threshold,
at the top of the material world.
Not long before my centennial,
the Empire was dragged into terror.
And so if I am to celebrate
It must be from a wise vision of humility
and of service for mankind. Because,
there’s just no time to pretend that all is well
the way it is.

Let the ones who are and who will be me
into Life’s sacred fire, the invisible gold rush….
thus, entering the celebration that never ends,
the celebration in the Spirit of Life,
Oh nobly bright and illustrious…

CALL to CANADA

Could we reach the agreement that it’s the whole world
who is in need to see a place like Canada
to show that free will can be a good thing.

In 1945 we were invited to join a deal.
Most of the nations had great hope to bring peace among humans.

After sixty one years, great challenges are facing us.
The deal has not provided what we forgot to look after.

We just cannot go on, building wealth for me, myself and I,
while our loving for each other remains hidden behind divisions.

We’ve got to grow from that bottom line that has been in use
and bring about that sense of belonging,
bonded beyond the business fences.

Maybe we haven’t understood that prosperity only comes to us
from who we are together and not from what we do to each other.

We have all it takes to become heaven on earth;
we have been blessed with wealth, now let’s lead wealth to prosperity.

Believe it or not, it is the whole world who is in need to see a place like Canada to show that the Renewing Covenant is unity for the human race…

EXPLAINING MYSELF IN CONTEXT OF THE INTERNET'S POTENTIAL

A while back, I've been invited to join the value-networks-analysis
google group. They are a group of IT businees development experts.
Here is the entry I offered in a discussion titled: "Google is Evil-
Google is good".

The picture that comes to mind as I go on reading this thread
amongst global workers and experts discussing google's role, brings
up a scene of value DNA cultivation.
It is pointing in the direction of the potential for value
activation by network development. This suggestion can be viewed as
the mapping of lifelong interest into Health-Education-Correction,
where all markets can find the common denominator of secured local-
global movement and high-trust connectivity, by cultivating the
grounded value DNA of each connection. Google's responsibility
along with Microsoft and yahoo and all other participants of IT's
evolution, is to serve and to secure the co-ordination the local-
global's connectivity from conflict resolution to the feeding of a
mature people of all people.
Helping to facilitate the quality of human interaction and well
being is what google can and does help with. How to secure such
unfolding, is how google and the rest of IT giants can serve the
East-West and North-South human reconciliation. The China-google
situation awaits such maturity from decision makers of governments
and of the market-financial, instead of moving on with
the "enslaving freedom" currently going out of control as the G8 pre-
meeting in Germany is showing to the whole world to face up to!
As an example of what I mean to say, here is a letter I sent this
week, to a friend from my home town, 2500 miles away. We got to know
each other quite well here, in Alberta in 1978, while previously,
back home, we did not know each other personally.
He moved back to Québec in the 80s and I stayed back. He is English
in a French province and I am French in an English province of
Canada. Our interaction got cultivated by the nutrients and
fertilizers offered by the manure of the Canadian national unity
crisis, which we both experience first hand as a result of the
simple reason mentioned above. Here is that letter:

Salut Mark,

Good to hear from you. As of April, 07 we've moved a few blocks
directly North from where you and Mike lived in Norwood. We are at
123 avenue and 95 st. We went from $510 a month to $1600 a month.
The entity of terror-anti-terror is hungry and feeding in a hurry.
Very few escape. Alberta is at the front line of supplying that
entity, sitting at the top of the energy production and drowning in
the addictions of the material world.

I am still searching for the means to get a 24/7 community center
going. It will serve by fostering the alliance between Restorative
Justice and Community Mental Health.
The idea is to offer a location where a lifestyle of lifelong of
Health-Education-Correction gets cultivated in the passage from the
spiritual division of human DNA to the organic experience of
spiritual unity.
This experience is the simplification of all christian history
into "The Perpetual Celebration of Easter" upon "The Land of
Immanuel". That simplification is the coming on of Chrismas and
Easter all year around, as God has always meant it to be.
Once we get a prototype ready, we shall then expand into a scaling
up of franchises, tapping into the contextual potential offered by
the Canadian national unity crisis, learning to feed the void with
the spiritual substance of healing the meaning.
The activation process of the community center is the development of
the victory over stress and over the compulsive human nature. The
disciplines of music and the study of Traditional Chinese Medicine
hosting all other medicines are the main tools for that victory to
grow.
Then we proceed with the social policy to deploy the universal
adaptation of the Recovery Road from self-destruction to self-
control and community self-government.
Once that the scaling up begins, the community centers take on the
common denominator of "The Faculty of Living" where all human
experience, knowledge, sciences and faculties are invited into
completion of one another's assembling, from out of competition.
A mature people of all people are then set to serve with this socio-
cultural venture by becoming the point of focus for the econo-
political forces to facilitate the move toward sustainability.
This gets done by easing the emergence of the Personal Sector within
the rise of the clarity of transparency being fostered by the
community centers.
The Personal Sector rises up like the sunshine of collective
decision-making, replacing the backroom deals that are protected in
the public sector by official secrecy and by the codes of silence of
the private sector.
Heal Canada with a strong Personal Sector and the nations of the
world will have somewhere to look in order to see how and where to
go for each one's own healing.

That pretty well sums up where I am at in my thoughts, hoping to
make some inroads soon into spreading the practice of such lifestyle
of lifelong Health-Education-Correction.

During His darkest hour in the garden, the disciples could not stay awake to pray with Him, no matter how crucial was the moment.
This is explained as being caused by the weakness of the flesh, before the time when the power of God, the Holy Spirit, was poured upon all flesh, from pentecost on.

I have been and go on pursuing for several years now, the aim of becoming such a disciple of the Lord Jesus-Christ, who knows how to fulfill such experience of service, in the discipline of ceaseless prayer.
Such spiritual State is what I ubderstand maturity of the one Faith to be deployes in one's life and in the Church's victorious ground.

Ceaseless prayer secures what Jesus describes as being:

"“Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.” Jn 3,5-8

Paul is also quite clear from his own walk with the Lord, in echoeing that the Holy Spirit is the driving force of such discipline, keeping us going even when we have no clue as to how to proceed:

"Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified."
Rm 8, 26-30

The key to such discipline seems to be:

"...the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God."

Those "groanings which cannot be uttered" is the music that I ceaselessly fail to rejoice the Lord with. I go on uttering my pain, when in fact, all that is needed is my silent breathing of the Spirit into my attention and action.

-Please Lord, have mercy upon me and us all sinners and set me free to serve You and the Church in the complete measure that You've given me-

As I wrote earlier, I am seeking how to grow into praying ceaselessly, as the main exercise into the completion of the measure I am given of Christ. No more, no less and I am quite far from such completion, as I find myself thorned between the possibility of such maturity and the impossibility of my existantial-animal nature to comply with such spiritual basic need.

Can we share the experience of the Holy Sprit's power, love and wisdom in the midst of His family.
The Holy Spirit, the disciple and the Church become overcomers in answering God's calling by meeting Presence-to-presence with God, in the simplicity of our personal and communal devotion to our Savior, Lord and Brother Christ-Jesus?

In conclusion, the ceaseless prayer goes on in our spirit by the Holy Spirit, with or without our participation.
I am of the opinion that "the inner zone" of genuine ceaseless prayer is the only where and the only way for the children of God to remain aware of our participation into heaven's offer to heal humanity.

Please, let us pray until connectivity of the All-Mighty emerges in all of His glorious simplicity of our being into His Being and of His Being into ours, personally and communally...

Thank you Lord for all who are adding thoughts and experience.. .

All of your inputs are very nutritional for my spirit.
So far, the lesson that I find speaking to me the loudest from this
thread, is that silence is necessary for the sake of listening to
God, until the genuine two-ways inner-state settles in the mutual
abiding of I in the Lord and He in me.
This is what I have come to know and to call:

"The quietening silence of patient wisdom".

What I mean to convey with that expression is that the silence of
prayer is not empty and isolated. This silence is the potency of
reverence in the state of worship, praise and thanksgiving, being
inspired into me for the sake of guiding my search of God.
This state of reverence is how and when the Holy Spirit is free to
move with all that He has to offer us, as the comforter, the feeder,
the teacher and the leader.

With this dialogue going on, along with many others, it is becoming
clear that such a live contact with the Lord is where I shall
discover how to remain personally and directly aware of every word
that proceeds from God's mouth, each time that He does speak in
matters that are appointed for me to hear and to feed from.

So perhaps that praying ceaselessly first refers to my attention and
awareness settling as one into the focused listening that comes from
the maturity of the one Faith, one baptism, one Spirit and one
Father of all?

"Dear All-Mighty, guide us to the inner chamber and teach us the
worshipping silence that allows Your words to feed our hearts and
spirits, and teach us how to recognize when You are pleased and when
You are not.
Keep us strong in Your joy when You are pleased and show us how to
swiftly grow in humility and obedience when You are not pleased.
Also, I ask that You keep us up in the movement of Your Spirit, so
as to lead our seeking and finding you in our fellowship, be it here
in this forum or anywhere that You have us meet with other brothers
and sisters.
Do release Your anoiting in such a way I pray, that Your deployment
may go on leading all of Your children in the celebration of Your
presence, where no one needs to teach no one, because of Your new
covenant by which everyone, from the smallest to the greatest, know
You personally and directly because of Your love for each one.
Please, carry our awareness and attention to the full measure of
Christ, which You give to all of Your children in different sizes,
and teach us all to love one another in the manner that honors You
and by which You can manifest to the world that we are Your's...amen
to Your Yes in us all...

Later today, when somewhere in this world begins the seventh day of the seventh month of the seventh year of the new millenium, the concert heard round the world will start, and global warming consciousness will continue to build. Now we have a pledge that all 2.0 billion likely listeners will be urged to sign. On Larry King Live yesterday, Al Gore denied this has anything to do with politics, stating that global warming is a moral issue.

7th day of 7th month of 7th year,
the world generation awakens.

But with a pledge being presented to 2.0 billion people, and climate crisis trainer training camps in full bloom around the planet, this is not just a moral issue. This is the biggest political mobilization in the history of mankind. So the most constructive thing we can do is take what must include an incredible amount of positive energy, and help keep the juggernaut in touch with reality. To that end, here are some considerations presented as an alternative seven point pledge:

1. Gore: To demand that my country join an international treaty within the next two years that cuts global warming pollution by 90 per cent in developed countries and by more than half worldwide for the next generation to inherit a healthy earth.

Redwood: To recognize the “climate crisis” is useful as a propaganda campaign for pragmatic interests with multiple agendas, helping to create a mob mentality that may have devastating consequences for our personal and economic freedoms.

2. Gore: To take personal action to help solve the climate crises by reducing my own CO2 pollution;

Redwood: To recognize that CO2 is not a pollutant, indeed, that plants cannot survive without it. To recognize that emphasizing CO2 emissions reduction takes the emphasis away from reducing genuinely unhealthy air pollution, such as ozone, nitrogen dioxide, sulphur dioxide, carbon monoxide, and particulates.

3. Gore: To fight for moratorium on construction of any new facility that burns coal without the capacity to safely trap and store the CO2;

Redwood: To recognize 90% of the world’s energy comes from burning; 80% from fossil fuel. To understand that trying to inject CO2 underground is probably not feasible, could be dangerous, and could be an incredibly expensive waste. To realize that we are burning rainforests to grow biofuel; to realize that biofuel is not carbon neutral and is not going to replace fossil fuel; to fight to stop rainforest destruction.

4. Gore: To work for a dramatic increase in energy efficiency of my home, workplace, school and transportation;

Redwood: To support energy efficiency technologies, but not through product bans or rationing. Further, to also support increasing energy production.

5. Gore: To fight for laws and policies that expand use of renewable energy sources and reduce dependence on oil and coal;

Redwood: To fight for laws that expand all sources of clean energy, and to recognize that over-regulation stifles innovation and leads to destructive waste of resources.

6. Gore: To plant new trees and to join with others in preserving and protecting forests;

Redwood: To plant trees, recognizing that tropical deforestation is a more significant threat to global climate than industrial CO2 emissions, especially since meaningful restoration of tropical rainforests is far more feasible than reducing CO2 emissions.

7. Gore: To buy from businesses and support leaders who share my commitment.

Redwood: To stop demonizing businesses and to recognize that the ideology of total control of land and production that underlies radical environmentalism requires tyrannical governments.

Globalization's ideal needs to seek out how to bridge democracy
where capitalism, socialism and communisn may come as one as a life
style to bond humans, to serve the intelligence that can lead us
into the regenerative connectivity of life's eternal vitality
between the personal destiny and the communal history's unfolding
within the improvisation upon the currency's streams and rivers of
times.

What is missing then, on the shores of democracy's youth like in
Nigieria, where the people's voice turns on itself to commit
collective suicide, killing each other such as what the last
experience offered the world to view?

The Africans' Africa has a voice to offer. Nigieria's offering to
the world in their failed attempt to "speak up" is to bring silence
for all Africans across all of Africa, so that the voice of Africa
may rise as one, with all other voices on the planet, who aim to
find the Quietning Silence of Patient Wisdom, where the Creator can
be heard by all who seek The Voice Who reveals the Path of humanity
which comes from and heading toward eternal life's destiny, from
home to home embracing with history...

The voice of Africa is rooted in The Ancient Voice of Humanity's
Youth, where the joy of song, music and dancing leads the Way...

This is why, where most of the world seeks to preserve what is old,

I just thought I would interject some relevant info to the neurological part of these thoughts.
I am one who does benefit much from the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herbs and its overall approach to health care, since I came across a genuine supplier a few years ago.
One bit of info I thought fascinating to learn was that in the TCM, they do not acknowledge the existence of a nervous system in the human body's constitution.
Too complex to even bother is how I understand their reasons for not plunging in such a detail multiplying part of the organism.
Instead, in TCM, they are studying the neurons of the brain where nerve control is mastered from in our active living.
The movie "What the bleep do we know", describes the physiological construction of neurons and demonstrates the fine line between addicted conditioning and self-controlled conditioning.
An easy observation to draw is that there are very few of the human race who live in self-control conditioning, and this is the relation I get from this conversation, namely, a search for self-control generation from out of addicted conditioning, capable to produce the essence of network-value.
In French, we say "salut" when we meet up and we say "salut" when we leave. Some of us say " On s'tiens au courant", which literary means "We're keeping one another into the current". It is usually translated with something like "Let's keep in touch".
But the point is that the idea of this invisible current and touch between us humans, is at the basis of the value of life itself, which "salut" and "On s'tiens au courant" seek to convey while containing like a cultivating agent, what is being conveyed, while distance and time seperates us. Deeply seated amongst a group of people, it offers an eternal perpetuation of the contact of intimacy through time, where high trust goes on living.
With the cyber space tools, are we not ready for a tsunami of demateriliazation intelligence by raising the value of this invisible reality, capable to lead the transition to sustainability because of this Faculty of Living getting free passage within the established systems of Health-Education-Correction, emerging from addicted conditioning to self-control conditioning?
In practice, at the level of democracies, I call this the emergence of the Personal Sector, where is hosted the decision making from out of "official secrecy of the public sector and from out of the codes of silence of the private sector". The back room of decision making would move to become in full view with complete access.
The end result? Accountability because by "being in touch from keeping one another in the current" moves us into the clarity of transparency, supposedly so desired by all Western governments. With such accountability, there is no reason for business and industry to resist the investment needed in the transition from self-destruction to self-control and community self-government, where sustainabilty awaits for the masses to renew the destination of demand and supply forces.
The priority to achieve this transition is for the Faculty of Living to spread like the grass of self-control cultivation, growing in the the desertification ground of addicted conditioning, by feeding our systems of Health-Education-Correction, bringing up neighborhoods into communities, going from the spiritual division of human DNA to the organic experience of spiritual unity.
With the Faculty of Living ready to go into the systems of Health-Education-Correction, which is what this conversation is doing, then security intelligenge can release the resources that go into the war on drugs and to invest them into the victory over stress and the human compulsive nature.
With such a socio-cultural policy being activated, East and West, North and South can then view and live on from the sameness of our needs to be, moving to do in the discipline of what we have within the invisible gold of our humanity.

Hi everyone,

In the title, "The PCE" means: The Perpetual Celebration of Easter, since Jesus-Christ is raised from the dead at all times and His Spirit is with each one who seeks God until repentance and faith are given to communicate the eternal life acquired the Lord's resurrection..
The PCE is not to be confused with the tradition of celebrating Easter once a year, in the rutal of a man-made calendar, because it is not a ritual but rather, it is the life of the divine nature being made flesh in all who recieve the gift from God and who learn the daily discipline of following the Spirit.

"The LI" means The Land of Immanuel. Immanuel is used in the Old Testament prophecies to announce the birth of Christ on earth and it means "God among us". Christianity's calendar made it the tradtion of Chrismas.
So "The Perpetual Celebration of Easter upon the Land of Immanuel" is the simple return to the spiritual simplicity of our devotion to Christ as He institutes it.
This is the clear passage into simplicity from amidst all the complexities that has been multiplied into a "black hole", throughout most of christinity's history so far, because of "an accomodating traditional calendar of rituals" that has no desire nor time for the simplicity of God's Voice, leading us in the clarity of transparency, where genuine radiancy of Intelligence can free humanity from the military confinements we are in, because of the entity of terror-anti-terror!!!

So in the hope to be heard by God, here is an independent thought from an independent thinker, grown into a prayer intended to reach Mel Gibson's attention, with a follow up suggestion to his
movie "The passion":

intensity of the pain caused by the curse kept His body of sin and
His innocent condition of being the Lamb of God in the state of
interogation.
When Jesus called out to the Father on the cross, that was the peak
of the moment that defines "the son of man-The Son of God"
relativity of Jesus The Christ of God and it is also the moment when
all 3, The Father, The Son and The Spirit were together, yet apart,
having to take on the excruciating pain of eternal seperation caused
by the curse, so as to bring to completion the Ministry of
Reconcilition.
No other human being could have ever taken upon themselves such
position of mediator and neither could have anyone else taken on
what came after the cross, for the time it took for His return to
life, in the transfigured body. Feeling eternally forsaken lasted
until then for Jesus.
This mission of being forsaken unjustly while fogiving those
responsible for His death, was when and where God was in Christ,
completing the mortality part of the reconciliation of the world
unto Himself, opening up the passage so that He would not have to
impute sins upon humanity and putting into us the word of
reconciliation as though God was beseeching people to "please, be
reconciled to God"!
This was when and where Jesus was bringing to an end, all that is
born in Adam, before descending into death;
from that time on the cross to His exultation at the right hand of
the Father, was the moment when He went from being the last Adam to
then becoming the life-giving Spirit.

The practical aspect of Jesus having taken on the entire depth of
the curse means to me that no matter how lonely and rejected I have
been or will be in this life, My Savior has been and will have been
my One Complete Brother by taking on the very curse that He had to
lay Himself upon humanity, so as to preserve His own Holiness and to
deal with Lucifer's actions of the past, while leaving the door open
for His salvation to eventually come through during the course of
human history. The curse He layed upon humanity was to keep His
purity pure, while He demonstrated His creating Lordship over all
matters of life and death by taking on the effects of the curse with
the same humanity as us all.
Our experience of the cross must come after denying ourselves.
Failing to deny ourselves while carrying the cross is the best
receipe to feel the effects of the curse in body and soul, even if
salvation has been received in the heart and in the spirit. Instead
of experiencing the power of the cross as the freeing power of God
to those who are being saved, by not denying ourself we end up
getting the cursed part of the cross, having to learn the hard way
what should be an easy yoke to bear.

As I wrote this last paragraph, our Lord graciously taught me where
I went wrong for all these years.

Dear Lord, show me how to deny myself along with all that You have
forsaken in Jesus in that ultimate moment on the cross;
guide us all I pray in the way that breathes the curse out of Your
people, by the work of Your Spirit in our spirit, Who reaches in to
bring life to our mortal body and from Your gift of eternal life in
our heart that grows our soul's renewal according to Your will and
good pleasure...amen to Your Yes in us all...

Ps: Dear Lord, if You see fit, perhaps could You inspire Mel Gibson
with a movie of what You went through during the 3 days in death.
Special effects and all, as only You can possibly know...amen

Is this not the point at which this conversation ought to be followed through until we are forced personally and communally, to network ourselves into the transforming activity of renewal, where our humanity finds the passage from animal to spiritual, from stranger to family blossom, from private codes of silence and public's official secrecy to personal transparency, and from local to global clarity?

In the winter of some 1770's winter, there were a few brave German souls who had dared to defy the Canadian prairie weather conditions. As they were dying from the harshness of such winter, some Aboriginal people found them and got them through their first winter, spring and summer, so as to ready them to survive through the next winter.
Since I heard that story, I have sought to imagine "the initial eye contact" between the Aboriginals and the Germans, as they could not communicate verbally. Each time I dwell on such a scene, I see an eye contact emerging, that can teach the whole of humanity, as far as I'm concern! I call the zone of this contact: "The Quietening Silence of Patient Wisdom!"...where God and humans meet in the Service to the Law, as opposed to Rule of Law, and for the sake of "The Pre-Eminence of the Right". CANADA

When I heard it, the story was being told by a farmer who was sided by his son, in an evening at the camp after the 12 hours shift and supper. They were working on the oil rig I was on, hired as a camp attendant.
When he began to say his bit of human history, he said: "I could put a paper bag on my head in shame each time I tell that story, but I know that I have a duty to keep it alive..."
He then went on to tell that story...only to end it with his telling where he is from...CANADA

The locals who hear that story and his naming of the area, know that where he just said, is where mental health and "scientific authority" has been exploited by "the authorities" for research's sake, not minding the human cost of the entire pre-ice aged populations as they were doing so... CANADA

My conclusion is that "A Mature People of All People" is being cultivated for the last 400 years within the currency of times and it is usable as a model of "adapting integration", in the passage toward the universal citizenship. The name of this dream becoming reality means "Village" or "Community" and is known to the world as ...CANADA...

"The Quietening Silence of Patient Wisdom!"...where God and humans meet in the Service of the Law, as opposed to being oppressed and divided by the Rule of Law, and together, for the sake of "The Pre-Eminence of the Right"... CANADA's pre-amble to the Charter of Rights and Freedoms...
...is offered as "The Passage" for the largest living social policy experiment that can bring up The Healing of the Meaning's value of "The Invisible Gold Rush", where dematerialisation guides us toward the sustainability production of justice, peace and joy... CANADA

Finaly, with such a passage, intelligence is now offered freedom from "militancy" by the practice of "radiance"! CANADA
Finally free from the governing survival imperatives of fear, ignorance and indifference through military intelligence, humans can now get to the shore of perpetual inner-settlement, where living is to celebrate the victory over death's activity of darkening, with humanity going from self destruction to self-control and community self-government... Because the topic of "corruption" coming up this wek at Global Villages and that our aim is to articulate solutions, I thought I would insist on the personal imperative to accept responsibility, so as to spark up the focal ignition of the communal to grow from, and going toward the renewal of sustainable life styles.
Here in Canada, I've been pushing in my writings, for developing the movement of individuals who grow to become a mature people of all people.

This is based on the sequence of:

1- The Faculty of Living

This is where all human experience, knowledge, sciences and faculties meet up to complete one another from out of competition.

It sets the passage from stranger to family by going from the organic spiritual division of human DNA to the organic experience of spiritual unity.

The passage of each individual is confirmed by her/his own progress in the movement of victory over stress and the human compulsive nature.

Maturity is found in the consistancy of lifelong growing in peace, wisdom and responsability.

2- The Personal Sector

This is where small groups of mature pilgrims begin hosting individuals and groups out of the established orders of "the codes of silence of the private sector" and out of the "official secrecy of the public sector". The Personal Sector is where the clarity of transparency becomes position with complete accountability.

3- Flowcalization

This word is made of Focal-Local-Flowing.

So, Flowcalization appears in reality when connectivity of localities begin to emerge from out of the socio-cultural orders of systemic divisions of human DNA, by the transformation of people into the currency of spiritual unity, from person to person and from location to location, revealing the movement of the mature people of all people.

Being from Canada, we are faced with accepting the role of becoming such a "model", with practicle examples of how this can become reality without causing a violent clash of interests among the varieties and diversity of humanity.

To do so, we are faced with a past that calls for Nation-States to adopt a renwed definition of the word sovereignty. A definition resolved to be set free from the meaning of the corporate agendas, by cultivating the personal and communal's passage into maturity.

Such movement cultivates its renewal from the current global ambiguity of Nation-State to:

"Sovereignty is the ability to make decision in complete maturity, and the capacity to implement these decisions with wisdom and responsibility."

Window of opportunity currently open

This week in Canada, we have an "Inquiry Commission" that was ordered to investigate some of the highest levels of the RCMP, which is the official national police. (Royal Canadian Mouted Police)

The complaints that sparked this on came from the lower ranks of the force.

This represents the coming out of "official secrecy of the public sector".

Recently, just before Chrismas or so, there were several arrests made of the Montréal Italian mafia, where globalization has existed for much longer than the popular expression we currently use with IT. These arrests offer the possibility to open up the exit from out of "the codes of silence of the private sector".

With the right leadership offering the appropriate lead, the highest levels of the RCMP and the highest levels of Italian mafia or any other corruptive entity can open the door of the "backroom decision-makings", so as to meet in "The Personal Sector" so that both become involve in contributing the movement of socio-cultural advancements and growth for the spread of Health-Education-Correction.

This could become the most efficient and honest money-laundry machine ever seen in history, in complte clarity of transparency.
