                    <description><![CDATA[Coming for a developing country, the uprising of HIV and AIDS is a problem.  After reading the book about a man who finds himself stuck between his family and brother who is HIV +, and how he overcame all the stigma and discrimination.... it makes me wonder how life is so easy and gets complicated if we let it to be.]]></description>

                    <description><![CDATA[I have alot of this where i work.  My work mates are either selfish or greedy in terms of knowledge.<br />
Does this happen everywhere..? I mean, i'm not the type of person who would be greedy with my knowledge. I love helping people and making sure they are happy with what i have given them, even if its small.  There are times when it seems as if i do not exist in the workplace.<br />
