                    <description><![CDATA[What i want to say again is that, i have just been norminated to HEAD a coalotion of  N G Os about fifteeen of them in Taraba State Nigeria.And i will be going to a workshop in lagos former capital of Nigeria.The theme is on ( Youth Agenda )to fashion plans as regards the millenium Goal development,Nepad etc.Chances are i will be exposed to some digital training. <br />
     I want to talk about the way and manner woment and children suffer any time there is a war,crisis or even natural disater.My attention here is war and crisis.<br />
     i have problem understanding why Government the world over can stop or bring those involved to book? There is more talking than action against this criminals of humanity.Ironically certain government protect these criminals of human abuse.ICC needs the suport of all government in order to deal with these devil act.]]></description>
