                    <description><![CDATA[Do agree with some points that Audry have mentioned. But in fact, it's better for all YES country networks to receive money as a grant because the majority of YCNs don’t have access to any other resources so it's really difficult for them to receive it as a loan. On the other hands I think, a loan could lead every body to thinking seriously about doing some business activities to be able to paying it back!<br />
The procedure is one of the important steps. YES should invest on projects with a tangible and concrete result. So it's necessary to have a business plan. Also the project should have a direct effect on youth employment. Many good ideas has been proposed by YES members and others but they are just good ideas without any concrete results or effects on employment rates.    <br />

                    <description><![CDATA[Yes! as you are all aware another youth conference is holding now on Stirling university of Scotland . But is it a good opportunity for all young people from all over the world to exprim their initiatives their problems and their needs for each other and to reach the best way for resolving their problems? I dont think so.<br />
