The Light's Evolution

The most important discover was the fire. Since that moment, the cience evolution has been doing every day. Actually, the new tecnologies has the same importance than the fire had in the past time.
At the present time, access to information and communication technologies (ICTs) constitutes a reality that contributes to the economic and social development of each country; accordingly, young people play a leading role in increasing productivity; and this is possible only if everyone is guaranteed an opportunity in the development of a more pluralist society.
It is a fact that use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) contributes to improving the well – being of citizens by facilitating their participation; for these reasons, the State should undertake to create a propitious environment to allow young people to become the main actors responsible for ensuring that training exists in the use of the new tools.
Within this framework, young people have the obligation to educate themselves in the new information and communication technologies (ICTs), as they have the advantage of learning much faster than the rest of society.
Nevertheless, in order to ensure that the development of information and communication technologies (ICTs) means progress, the young people must express their desire to have good technology, defending their rights; in order to ensure that no one wishing to be part of this revolution is left out it for lack of resources of knowledge.
The challenge facing young people today is to achieve an equitable distribution of the benefices of the digital age, making it possible to strengthen the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs).
