                    <description><![CDATA[When I search for Strategic management and I revolve around Philip Kotler for Marketing Gemix and off course I do tend to look upon Drucker”s Philosophy of customer satisfaction , I am habituated to glancing Oxford Dictionary for head bothering meaning in English .  The geist of all philosophy either it is Kotler or Druker or Buddhism is “Search for new Knowledge through learning from experience and testing of hypothesis based on our abstract ideas “. The philosophy of Management is based on getting things done through others was the case when just after the Industrial Revolution in England. Then it was followed by Mary Parker philosophy of People based Approach (also called Human Relation Approach ) which stress on People and their Behavior ,from this study  onwards there is been a paradigm shift in the way  she became successful to shape the Management Practioneer and academician to follow Mary’s Views .<br /><br />Presently I am staying near U.S State or near Silicon, if you don’t believe it, it’s a fact I can justify it.  If some one would ask me how Far Global- Bishalnagar village  is  from Silicon Valley, my straight answer is” would be just a distance of time equal to put a finger across my cozy Laptop”. Today the organization are changing their roles and going across the boundary for better opportunities and better market, in light of this organizations have become a platform to serve groups goals   .<br />Today we must have a strongly  team in order to raise the organizational level as well as personal (it may be impossible if personal level is not raised, Organizational level won’t be raised to immediate Next Level). The empowered team frames the Futures organization based on the analysis of Different environment for that it very necessary that team members must be from diversified background in the mean time exchange of specialized knowledge to team members to keep basic concepts and broad view to the future (I think present is not a problem Future is Problem which is uncertain and planning is the tool to make the future understandable and foreseeable opportunities , the goals of Organization at some time may just become activity for now, hence the organization must respond to the changing scenario . The Organization Development focuses on the some of the crucial issues of the organization change to be able to respond the change in the External Environment. The role of management is addressing the change to adapt to a new situation that would be like choosing a Dinner with a New Taste. (If you can’t change your taste you will remain empty stomach for a night, probably you can’t sleep empty stomach)<br /><br />The manager transforms an organization using her/his leadership qualities. Am individual is a leader, whereas Institutional thoughts are Leadership. Transformation amp; Management can’t be used differently, both the word be better used for defining the concepts of Organizational Change and Organizational Development Techniques. Transformative Management deals with study and practice of changing and shaping the organization and its members to address changing situation adapting within new situation, without putting a extra resources or without wasting the Valued Resource and especially with specially emphasis and opportunity to Human –Ware to learn and empowering and raising the levels of both organization and its Members able to deconstruct the organization from older classical model to resurgent New Model. Transformation Management is relatively a new concept the Organization which deals with elements that go through the various tests and experiments taking (Thought –Deed-Action) hypothesis of teach faculty to change from one state to another. Let's not separate the word Transformation and Management .Both the word should be interchangeably for e.g. Conflict Management, Conflict Transformation into Peace. Both the words do have a significant meaning and role in the context of Organization. It would be still interesting to study Administration, Management, and Transformation still analyzing and defining the relationship between External Environment such as Law, Sociology, Political and Economics. The Organization should be not merely association of people are the problems solving mechanism dealing with the newer issues that comes along with the changing various other interrelated disciplines. And Globalization is to be seen not just as cross boundary existence of MNCs(Multi National Companies ) . It is also creating a nuclear culture which was not previously practiced, it is deconstructing new habits among the people from Europe to Asia, Can Coca –Cola or Orange Boom replace Water, which one is better among the choice, In Developing countries due to Lack of Pure Drinking Water many people are having serious Stomach problems, which is painstaking for Health. Due to it Local government must allocate huge amount of Resources to address such health issues instead such resources must reach to people of Africa or any other continents where food shortage is chronic, many children’s are striving for a square of meals and dying of Malnutrition, . To address such issues only transformative management role would be sufficient. The trend of modern Urbanization and the and development of a Mega city in the due course of time due to the rise in the population, the migration of people for Agricultural and fertile land and looking for the better opportunities and the economic development and progress, The movement of people (dynamics of Social factors) has led to the distortion, depletion and Degradation of the tangible as well as the intangible environment around us. The Developing countries are facing major challenges in terms of resource utilization for the mankind. There are numerous instances on which we have noticed that environment, nature and ecosystem is being harmed while the natural habitat of the wild animals is used by the man for living and shelter. The massive exploitation of the Soil from the Rivers is becoming a treat yearly such as soil erosion, flood and the natural calamities and disasters have created havoc to the Mankind Literally the meaning Environmental protection is understood in a very narrow sense of Planting a Trees, of course planting a tree is a good step towards the preservation of the Environment in the years to come. However there are many dimensions of the Environment protection such as Legal, Political and social and Private –Public Participation in the Development and conservation, preservation and protection of the Environment. The various measures are equally important and from micro to macro level the relationship is interdependent among the various dimensions. Such as in the Nepalese context Environment Protection Act, 1997 objective was to preserve the Nature for the Sustainable Livelihood by gaining the Socio Economic Advantages, ie the Utilization of the Natural Resources for the Economic Development and addressing a disparity among the poor and the rich in terms of the resources allocation, also maintaining a sound Ecosystem. Despite the legal provisions and statutes, the development as Expected in the National planning agendas of Nation. <br />
The Other major hurdle in achieving a stable and harm free environment is political Environment. If the political situation of the country isn't stable like ours, the effective policies can't be framed, because of the instability in the Politics of the Nation which is the utmost important aspects as it is understood as vehicle to drive the needs desires and expectation of the citizens in terms of representation of voices and their sentiments. The Sole Responsibility of framing a statute lies with the Parliament. Hence as a prerequisite condition the representative of the people must be fair and the election must be free and fair from any kind of discrimination or irregularities. Hence the Statute Framed by such legislation must be based on the interests of the Nation and public .This is the key areas in which the role of the political leadership is crucial in formulating a Law based on the interest of the Public.<br />

The general living standard of Nepalese is still below the mark in the very rural and hilly areas and still the minority and some of the indigenous and marginalized population lives in a jungle and their basic amenities are fulfilled through their nearby Nature. The Nuclear family culture and practice ie rapidly becoming a life style's of the cities life is major concern for the Environmentalist, the usage of ultra modern facilities and excessive usage of artificial equipments and polluting the Rivers , stream and main sources .<br />

In the deep summer the supply of the Water is inadequate to meet the demands of Population and the pollution from the Vechile, factories and industries and the contamination of the drinking water is becoming a daily life style <br />
<br />
And the illegal practice of killing, cutting, and importing of Flaura and Fauna have been creating a series of hurdles in achieving the inseparable inter-relationship between the economic development and environment protection. .<br />
<br />
The year by year flooding and natural disaster are destructing the Man made possession in no time comparing it to time taken to creating, shaping and building it the infrastructure. Hence in Nepal due to the Natural calamities many people have been displaced and their labour and skills by which they have build it is becoming a wastage hence , ultimately hurting the Gross Domestic Products and Gross National Products of a Nation , again it can been seen in relation to socio-economic standards of a nation .<br />
<br />
The rapid loss and extinctions of species is huge threat to biodiversity, ultimately due to improper executive policies and lack of skilled manpower, the large category of Natural resources and biodiversity that are found only in Nepal are remaining as Untapped due to Ineffective Policies and Procedures of government.<br />
<br />
A Sound Environment protection and its rationale usage is a indicators of Developed Nation. Hence It is a circular responsibility of the people, the various Legal statutes , Instruments and Mechanism , and most importantly the policies of state must be reformed to achieved a Healthy Environment and to achieve  economic development which is dire need of our nation and in addressing the problems of poverty Reduction <br />
