Hello There,
It started well yesterday when Jumpers from KAUAI met myself and Kepha (a colleague from KCYP) at the hotel where they are residing.
Plans made on how things should look like as i left Kepha with Robin,Felix and the KAUAI crew to finish other "businesses!)
I guess time went by and it took an hour or so for the team to get headed for KCYP offices where Kibera Jumpers were waiting with all their eyes open!
Just as they reached there,a few minutes i would come and the introductions flew into the air,i couldn`t help but see the kind of enthusiams expressed by both sides after being in contact over email for along time and now they have an opportunity to work together for a week or so!
Everything is agreed upon and today morning was set for the actual start up at 10am though some few delays but things run cool afterwards!!!!
You know what? I am just writing this after the KAUAI team has headed for their hotel and the rest have gone to their homes to join their families or friends.
I am indeed happy that everything is working just as planned.
I have my present to keep on the neck and everyone wants to have it but,( i won`t part with it at any cost!)
Asante sana for the present (KAUAI) team.
Lets Jump to the fulliest we can for the coming days.
