Children will be encouraged to « adapt the programme to their individual needs » and « learn in their own time, at their own speed and in their own environment. »
Education authorities welcomed this « excellent document » which would « improve the quality of learning » and end teacher shortages at the same time.
In addition to that, in the past person literate meant who can’t read or write yet in nowadays person literate meant who can’t use the PC.

Dans nombre de culture, on attribue à la musique un pouvoir magique inexplicable,sur le coeur et le monde physique des enfants,des jeunes et des vieux.En plus, elle est devenue à nos jours un remède pour certaines maladies pshycologique;un remède valable sans restriction d'age. Tel est le cas de la musique douce adoptée pour certains traitements.De surcroit,tout etre humain ressent la nécessitée de cet art dans la mesure où il stimule les émotions et assure un équilibre entre la sensibilitée et la raison.Prenons l'exemple de la musique classique qui donne non seulement à écouter mais aussi à voir:elle libère les sentiments,permet l'évasion et pousse à réfléchir et à imaginer un autre monde.Par ailleurs,la musique adoucit le caractère.C'est qu'elle envoie des messages et des appels à la tolérance,à la paix,à l'amour...;des messages adressés au vieux et aux petit,à l'adulte et au jeune.]]> Fri, 28 Dec 2007 16:15:00 EST http://sawssan.tigblog.org/post/317805
