I don't understand USA army's mentions.
USA army had always ignored of korean people's rights.
In here, I don't want to express my strong feeling but I already have a bad something.
If they apologized politely to korean people for their rudeness, excepted the arrogance of the big country, it might not getting bigger.
They are shut up now...I feel heavy in the chest.
For a long time, individually, I have wanted to communicate with them because when I was young I yearned for their life, fasion and anything. But now it is broken...I wanna cry without any interference...

Today is ``Youth Day¡¯¡¯ in Uijongbu, where at least hundreds of middle and high school students are expected to gather in front of the train station for a memorial concert, demanding U.S. President George W. Bush¡¯s apology for the killing of two schoolgirls by an American armored vehicle during a training exercise last month.

The event is hosted by a coalition of local youth groups such as ``Youth Community Hope,¡¯¡¯ formed to call for justice regarding the matter. Their demands include trying those responsible in a Korean court.

After the rally, the students will walk to the entrance of the U.S. army base in the city, and plan to throw paper airplanes carrying their wishes over the fences.

Emotions are expected to be high. Some 5,000 participated in recent demonstrations, including both grown-ups and youths, in the city of 360,000.

The unprecedented youth move to take serious anti-U.S. action is testimony to the burgeoning anti-U.S. sentiments in North Kyonggi Province following the 14-year-olds¡¯ deaths last month.

The groups also intend to conduct online protests on the homepages of the White House, USFK, and the U.S. Embassy at 11 a.m., 4 and 9 p.m.

On June 13, middle school students Shim Mi-sun and Shin Hyo-soon were run over by a vehicle from the U.S. Army Camp Red Cloud in Uijongbu. Reckless driving was attributed to the accident.

The Commander of the U.S. Forces in Korea said the USFK takes responsibility for the matter, and a memorial service was held by the USFK afterwards, with promises of a through investigation.

However, families and friends demanded that the USFK forgo its rights to try the soldiers in a U.S. court and let the investigation be done by Koreans. The Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) between U.S. and Korea allows military personnel who committed crimes in Korea to be tried in a U.S. court, and exceptions have rarely taken place.

``When a U.S. soldier sexually harassed a girl, the American President himself gave an apology, but with two Korean girls dead, the USFK¡¯s apology wasn¡¯t even official, and did not contain the word `apologize¡¯ either,¡¯¡¯ said Kim Do-young, 25, an activist.

Furor spread as questionable circumstances were reported by witnesses. Many believe that none of the basic safety precautions were taken, stemming from the USFK¡¯s disregard for civilians in the area.

At a demonstration on June 26, angry protesters tried to break into the base to deliver a letter of protest. Two journalists arrested for following the protesters said they were physically abused by U.S. and Korean authorities.

Civic groups¡¯ anti-U.S. campaigns, even calling for a USFK pullout from Korea, have been hugely successful, with heavy local participation in an area which has seen numerous crimes by U.S. soldiers in the past.

Please tell me your thinking. Please...
Are they an obstacle to world peace and globalization?
I love my parents. They have worked too hard for me and my older brother.
Unfortunately, it is not good the health condition of my parents. Sometime I cry but now I will study more honestly for them.
They hope we live good life happily forever...I also pray for them everytime everynight.

Look at this picture. It's me. I wear the traditional cloth of Korea named Han-bok.
In Summer, this is very cool and good. Many Korean people wear this for Happy new year each event.
I like Han-bok very much but I don't have this.
Of course when I was baby I had Han-bok but now not yet.
Don't surprise! This cloth is mine at Chongdong theater.
(Chongdong theatre is the traditional stage of Korea. Very good and famous! Please click this site of right side link menu.)
Recently, I'm doing volunteer at this theater. Many foreigners had visited in here to appreciate various cultures of Korea.
I have served a green tea, Nok-cha, for them and an information to see the stage.
Many volunteers are doing volunteer happily. I'm also good!
Especially, we must put on the Han-bok, like me at picture, to give a traditional culture from cloth.
OK! Long time no see. Sorry, TIG friend. I'm enjoying my University life and studying my major.
Now I will upload my Update and give many information about Korea and volunteer etc...
Good Luck! Bye~~

One hundred and twenty boys and girls at a community school in Chrang Bak on the outskirts of Phnom Penh, Cambodia, have never traveled outside their country, yet they still feel close to Korea and Japan, whom they see as a pair.

"We can read and write thanks to Korea and Japan. We love them," the students of Future Asia School, aged from seven to 15, cry in one voice in videotape images. "Gamsahamnida. Arigattogozaimas" - "Thank you" in Korean and Japanese - are expressions none of them will ever forget.

With the cooperation of Korean and Japanese college students, the school opened in June last year offering free classes in Cambodian, mathematics and some liberal arts for underprivileged students in an area where 80 percent of children are distanced from formal education due to economic difficulties.

The Korea-Japan Asia Fund (KJAF), a civic organization involving citizens of the two countries to assist needy children in Asia, has provided financial assistance to the school. Three Cambodian teachers are in charge of school administration and academic activities to help foster a "cosmopolitan" attitude.

Future Asia School in Cambodia is the first project implemented by the KJAF and Woo plans to establish such schools in other Asian countries, including Myanmar and Vietnam. When the students have completed a one-year course in the school, the civic group will help them find foster parents from Korea and Japan who can assist them to further their study at primary and secondary schools.
At Men 1500m final game our player, Kim Dong-sung was good play but USA player, Apolo Ohno was not.
He showed a HOLLYWOOD ACTION to gain the gold medal.
I think that he didn't know the spirit of Olypic game, I was very dissapointed by this game.
In addtion umpires of USA were very interesting men!
Their judges were not true.
Why they want to gain all of medals, especially GOLD MEDAL?
Because USA is very great country in the world?
it opened the Olympic games at Saltlake city, USA?
Do they want to destroy the small country, like Korea?
Now I'm very angry and excited condition, sorry...
But I really want to see the spirit: "Together and Combination" at these olympic games so much.
Although you are Second winner or other winner it is just to play your grade with many players of countries.
And whether 1, 2 or 3 all of grades is great player because they do their best in the games.
Ah...Dong-sung brother...Cheer up!

Yesterday, my birthday, I watched the TV program : 2002 SALTLAKE OLYMPIC WINTER GAMES, part of Short track.
Dong-sung Kim and Hyun-su Chae, players of Korea, took part in part of short track.
They played very well. They did their best, I thought.
But I couldn't understand that situation. Look at this photo!
Truly Ohno, player of USA, used a ungentle action to Hyun-su Chae.
Before this game Lijia-jun, player of China, also actived ungentle action.
But, I couldn't understand more and more. Umpires of USA said that our team players is false.
Truly I thoght that it was not fair game. They didn't worship a spirit of Olympic games.
These olympic games are just "Enjoying festival of many countries."
It is not important grades of some game parts, you know.
In addition, some media of USA also reported the fact that is not true. I can't understand more....
So many players of countries were practiced really by this Olympic game. Our players also very hardly.
However they will play more truly and hardly for next games as Korean prides.
I really like the Olympic games at winter, especillay a short track games. I can play skate very well, it is very exciting sport!
But I disappointed about this judgment of game.
If it was opened in your country, can you also happen this amazing judge?
I really saw the opening ceremony of 2002 SALTLAKE OLYMPIC GAME, especially a child of Light : The within fire.
Why they didn't belive a technology of video and photo?
I'm looking forward to next games really.
I think this point.
Often in Korea, many peoples didn't see the blue sky because of smoke pollution harmful-gas emitting vehicles.
essential resources - Lovely friends in our whole life.
This photo is the sky on my house, very beautiful. Whenever I see my sky and take a photo at sunny day, I can feel my joyful and pleasure.
I often used to take a photo in the sky with my digital camera because I want to check the sky on my house.
Of course, the Earth moves around the sun everyday but I think that everything on the Earth is yours and ours.
