Corinne van Egeraat works on the documentary film Bridging the Gap, in which she follows Daniel Knoop, an Associate Professional Officer for the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) of the United Nations. Daniel is not the only highly educated who searches for ways to build his CV and simultaneously make a difference in the world. These ‘world managers’ show ways of involvement that differ from the former generations in international development.

The Open Documentary Community of Bridging the Gap is a platform for all those who feel the need to share ideas on a new generation that combines the sustainable with the profitable.
