Erick posted in his blog, <a good leader should never “cut and run” when things go wrong >. Sometimes, the captain will let the others sink and save his or her own soul. Laying blame is rampant and TIG does not attempt to lay blame, but to analyze issues and find solutions. Instead of playing the BLAME GAME, we can turn other people's actions (or inaction) into something concrete.<br />
