Have You ever seen people that has passed any certain education degree, yet still in doubt to get a profession and career? Or may be those people going round and round, from one office to another office, bring his degree certificate to get jobs. And may be one of us has done the same thing or the similiar things to do.

I have seen many. Even i get statistic if scholar unemployment is many and at every country in the world. On my experience in Indonesia there is a problematic issue in education. The higher people pass education degree, the more unemployee they get.

My experience as volunteer in Scholarship institution a decade ago I found that many student have no direction with their profession and jobs relevant to their discipline of knowledge. They go to school without any terget. Go school just as social rhytm, because they see people are do it.

They learn about math, physic, economi, art, at school or campuss but they never found lesson about how to get good Jobs and profession. How to make decision and make planning about their own life. And When they pass the study they be unemployment.

INDONESIAN MOURNING

Tens of thousands of dignitaries and ordinary people alike are streaming to the home of former Indonesian president Suharto. Huge lines of mourners queued outside Suharto's house both in Jalan Cendana Central Jakarta and in Solo at central Java (where Suharto is to be buried next to his wife) to pay their last respects to Suharto, who died on Sunday of multiple organ failure at 86.

Millions nationwide held prayer services and cited verses from the Koran for Suharto, who died at about 1:10pm on Sunday within 86-year- old. had been rushed to Jakarta's Pertamina Hospital on January 4.

Siti Hardijanti Rukmana as Suharto's eldest daughter represent the big family told a news conference at the hospital, "We, on behalf of the whole family, thank everyone who has prayed for our father. My father has returned to God," she said, breaking down in tears. "We ask that if he had any faults, please forgive Him.

As troops patrolled the street outside, President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and his deputy Jusuf Kalla were shown on television kneeling before Suharto's white-shrouded body in a bare room of his residence.

Seven days of mourning was announced and the government ordered the nation's red-and-white flag to be lowered to half-mast across the country for its duration.

Days before Suharto's death, the new government's attorney general's office renewed efforts to bring Suharto to trial despite persistent claims by the former president's doctors and lawyers that Suharto remained unfit for the courtroom.

Many Indonesians, including former president Abdurrahman Wahid, Former Chief of People Assembly and Indonesia Reformation Father Prof. Dr. Amin Rais, ministres and ex-ministers, involve in mourning and give count of how much Suhartos’ serve to the state and indonesian people.

But Pro-democracy activists and political opponents, including many jailed under his rule, saw Suharto's demise as a missed opportunity finally to see justice done. They said, "There is no forgiveness for human rights criminals and that Indonesia was a law based-state and not the halal bihalal (forgiving) based-state"

However, his supporters hailed Suharto for steering the sprawling archipelago nation through an economic boom, making it notably self- sufficient in rice. For many, he became the father of development. People said, "Now, it is different. Everything is expensive and it is difficult to get any job."

Initial reaction from abroad included Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd commending Suharto for overseeing "a period of significant economic growth and modernisation at a time when Indonesia faced fundamental political, social and economic challenges." But he also conceded Suharto was a "controversial figure in respect of human rights and East Timor, and many have disagreed with his approach."

Philippine President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo commended Suharto for his leadership in the South-East Asian region and contributions to peace building in the Philippines' troubled southern region of Mindanao. "For these enduring legacies, President Suharto will never be forgotten," she said.

Singapore's founding father Lee Kuan Yew, a close ally whose own long rule coincided with much of Suharto's presidency, said history would accord him "a place of honour" for steering Indonesia out of economic disaster.

Another Suharto contemporary, Malaysia's former premier Mahathir Mohamad, hailed him as a "great leader and an international statesman," .

Suharto was born on June 8, 1921, and was reared in his home farming village of Kemusuk, central Java.

He has make history since he was young. He has strong character to lead and to make a change. And now we know , the circumstance life has lead him to a such pro-cons position.

People come from God and indeed return to God.

No doubt, to say that library is one of the most important place to conserve and to increase knowledge. For new comer generation, we can be able to find many information about history where we have never life there, and therefore we can not sustaining knowledge and science without basic information that conserved at library.

This was just my awareness, when i found information about cracking mistery of mona lisa smile. Whose smile is that. Now, Librarien has been finding the book in University of Heidelberg Library. here is the news:

A 2007 handout photo shows a page from a book at the University of Heidelburg Library with a handwritten note on Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa portrait. German academics said January 14, 2008, they have helped to solve the centuries-long mystery behind the identity of the 'Mona Lisa' in Leonardo da Vinci's famous sixteenth-century portrait. Experts at the Heidelberg University Library say dated notes scribbled in the margins of a book by its owner in October 1503 confirm once and for all that Lisa Gherardini, the wife of a wealthy Florentine merchant, Francesco del Giocondo, was the model for one of the most famous portraits in the world.

Do You remember what is Your deeds in the last session at Don Chan Palace?
Like as me, now I remind the last session as when one by one from us the partisipants going in front of Class and show the Stars and express the impressive about six days join the Class.
After You…, andthen He…., andthen She….., andthen me.
“I don’t know, what to say to express my feeling. It is not enough using wards”.
I say: I feel little fewer.
And I want to say that I’ve just forgotten all the matters got in this event. And I hope I will remind them all when I come to my country, face my jobs, my tasks, and play my role as The leader. It is hard to say, and not enough.
I can just write these words: FACILITATORs and PARTISIPANTs in my star. All the matters come from them.
And also because All of You (participant) are phenomenal. Sometimes I see in Your face the prospectives strong future leadership, and at the else time I see You doubt, and even quit ….. May be I am too.
And……, Thank You very much UNDP.

LET’S SHARE THE VALUE.
For I my self, what the important things from that fragment is “the How most important position of people (participants and fasilitators)”. Because all lesson we’ve got derived from people. People those act, speak, teach, playing, do games, smile, laugh and so on. And the way we take lessons as well. So, nothing can go on without people. This is sure the common-sense. But I find to confirm the truth. So once more You are people very-very important to me.
So what is Your mind Guys?

What’s Happen in Vientiane

Hii Guys, here i want to tell You little about what i see and i feel in Vientiane, the venue of “2007 South-east and East Asia Leadership Courses For Young Leaders in Governance” on September 17st – 22nd 2007.
Since I put my feet at Wattai Air-Port I feel strange but happy and glad sure! It’s on night September 16st, 2007 at about 08.30 PM local time that same as local time in Jakarta (Indonesia). After passing the port-administration desk, then I doubt to where should I go. But the host from Hotel gets closer and smile to me and show my name as one those in waiting to pick-up to DON CHAN PALACE Hotel, where the participant from any counties in Asia should stay up to the end of mission. Aha…, I find the clue to my stay-life in Vientiane. Just follow the driver go along road in Vientiane city.
But then I see any nice scanari on the right side of the road. I saw a lot of people gather arround line of beach , I say. But then my college from Indonesia tell me that there is no ocean in the LAO country. So.. what is that if not the lines beach?
Aha I wonder!
That is the most-known Mekong River. It is like an ocean. So wide. Have there any people ever cross aside the river? Who knows???
Not long then, We came at the hotel. It was the Biggest and luxurious hotel in Vientiane. See Receptionist, and she gives me my room key. Aha…., this is my first day in Viaentiane (Lao PDR). Turn ON TV- CNN, lay my body on the bed, I know nothing.
When I wake up in the morning, I find letter from UNDP to take gather in conference room and take registering.
First day, second, thirth, fourth, fifth, and sixth day has over. All the subject of lesson have taken. And it is worthful, fruitful and unforgetable, more and more the facilitators and trainers and all the participant.
On September 23st 2007, all of participants get farewell in Wattai airport to their respective counties.
Daag………… Vientiane.
See You next!!!
