Youth in America

Hello all,

I am a college student who is part of a rising nonprofit group which aims to educate youth, students, and young professionals about sustainability and development projects. As a young person, it is hard to get corporate/foundation monetary support, although we have worked with the UN and World Bank, as well as been invited to the White House.

TakingITGlobal seems like a great way for American students to learn about the perspectives of youth from around the world, rather than relying on the faulty information given to us.

I would love to work with people in developing countries to help concert our efforts to create a more powerful initiative. How can we best help? What is a waste of time?

I, along with FOOTSTEPS, would really like to know!
