what i wanted to blog about initially was how the Party Fardy Party went reallllly well! our friends/family had a blast as did e and i! we had a projector going, music vids, guitar hero, surround sound going.. wowzerz! totally rad. i am happy to say that this will be a yearly event as the first annual was amazing.

so im sitting here in the office at home with my e.. he's on his laptop and im on mine.. ive been on facebook for a couple of hours it seems.. getting back into it and looking at stuff that ive ignored for a while.. it can get really busy in facebook world.

woohoo tomorrow is thursday and friiiiiday is coming.. today's dad's bday and jacob's. so happy bday to them! and happy bday to everyone ive missed since the last time i've blogged. i keep saying im gunna get back into this but somehow i slip thru the cracks. i guess its because i've had so many freelance web design to do.. summer's almost over. thats why our party last weekend took place.. it was a summer send off.. the damn rain finally stopped for that ONE day :)and then the weather changed again on sunday... and this week has been kind of chilly.. specially in the morning.

blogging is mostly for myself.. so i can record things... i used to keep a diary but meh i have nothing to hide so i might as well stick it on the web... cuz we all know i cant carry a big book everywhere with me... but ofcourse i almost have my laptop everywhere i go. i love this house. its just right for us. im so proud of us for getting this place and for making it thus far.

im gunna get back into reading soon.. i've requested some books from the library and im gunna get back into it when the library has the books ready for pickup. it will be great for my brain, definately brain food. yum. i need real vitamins though. i think e and i should take something like one a day because it will really do us good. maybe i wouldnt fall asleep right away after watching tv. i swear as soon as u plop me down and make me watch tv... thats it for me.. it puts me right to sleep. i even skip the gerble eye part and go straight to dreaming! and then when the tv turns off at night, i wake up and im ready to like go ahead and do anything BUT sleep. i dunno what it is.. its only when we watch tv shows... sports im ok. reality tv im semi-ok.. movies im great though.. i could get through them.. ohhh speaking of movies.. i wanna see the dark knight in 3d.. i wanna see that movie again and again. i have the coolest joker shirt that i got at the ex. oh my im getting excited about it again...

oh! did i 4get to mention that we went to the crue fest!! omg papa roach friggin roooooccked!!!!! motley crue wasnt bad.. but papa roach.. another story.. i kind of like sixx:am now. nikki sixx's new band... pretty good. i took some amazing shots of proach!

Haha our weekend got really interesting last night at around 10:30. We were driving back home from my parents and you know how they live up there in Stoufville area with no streets lights or anything. It was pitch dark and raining. So we were driving and all of a sudden I see this pick up truck in my rear view mirror. So I speed up a little then he changes lanes and tries to get beside us driving in the other lane. So I thought he wanted to go at it. So I floor the gas pedal and before you know it I was doing 120 in a 50 zone (at one point I saw 120, it could’ve been more)

So then the pick up truck gets behind us and as I’m trying to make a left turn I see all these lights go off on his truck. So I’m like “ohhh shit, it’s a cop”

But he had a pick up truck and not a normal cop car and it was dark so I couldn’t see if he had any police signs and such on his truck.

So anyways I pull over and he stops behind us and at this point Monica’s freaking out and we’re wondering if it’s actually a cop or just a random sick person trying to play a game and there were no cars or lights where we stopped.

So then I see a flashlight in the mirror getting closer to the car. So this guy (in a cop uniform) asks for my driver’s license and insurance and at this point both Monica and I kept telling him that we weren’t sure if he was a cop or just some guy trying to chase us or something, that’s why I was speeding to get away from him.

So he goes to his car and comes back after like 5 mins. And then Monica told him that we were on the phone with our Moms wishing them a happy Mother’s Day and weren’t watching how fast the car was going. So he said it would cost us $240 and 4 points for this. And in my head I’m thinking “I need a ride to work tomorrow morning” because going 70 over speed limit is considered “racing” right? And they’ll take your car away? Haha

But anyways, he said he’s being nice to us and we’re free to go. But that was a pretty freaky few mins for both of us.

So that’s the story.

Writer: Yah, yah whatever, (hangs up phone) Oh brilliant, ok so scrap the space monster its too far fetched anyway, The Ball room is now a coffee shop, with some humorous yet obvious name and the prince is a stockbroker and the princess is now a.... I know she is the waitress. Ok so She is serving him his coffee and he asks her to join him, she says no because she is working but he asks her if she has a break coming up and she smiles and sits down. They Talk... and laugh... and ook deeply into each others eyes, then he reaches for her hand but hits the cup of hot coffee and it spills all over the waitress. She is horrified and he moves to help clean her up and she... SHE SLAPS HIM! “How dare you” she yells at him ... oh this is good stuff, so much emotion and drama the waitress feels violated and is furious and the stockbroker is insulted by the accusation they struggle and ....

Door: KNOCK, KNOCK ( door)

Writer: WHO IS IT?

Friend: You said yah, yah

Writer: I said yah, yah to what

Friend: Coffee!

Writer: Well I don’t have time I’m under a lot of pressure.

(slams door) Ok so back up The waitress and the stockbroker are sitting and talking and this time he leans to kiss her and falls off his chair, he is humiliated but tries to recover. Then waitress get up to help him and... and ... and slips on a banana peel! Everyone in the coffee shop laughs and they get up and sit back down, there they are joined by some friends all very different there is a jock and a brain, a prom queen and a freak and a rebel. However all of these individuals are united because of ... something they have in common. Humm, maybe they're all wearing green underpants? (pause) What if they all have evil twins? (pause) No I’ve got it... they are all united by their desire to become famous Broadway performers. Hit it! 1..2..3..4.. And they break out into song and dance. Yah yah yah yaaaah yahhhhh dopey do dupedy do blah blah (triggers cheesy musical score and watched dancers act like clowns for a bit) Ok that’s enough of that musicals are exhausting and they never make any money anyway, I mean Sound of music, what was that. How can I make this more appealing, I could have a cowboy and an Indian, and I need a cop, and a... villain, and an average Joe and they all find themselves at the center of an evil plan to destroy the world with a series of nuclear explosions, no a comet is about to crash in to the earth, no a man has brought dinosaurs back from the dead... oh shit. This really isn’t working. I should have stuck to poetry It doesn’t even have to make any sense for people to buy it. Oh geese I know what to do... I’ll just make a sequel, like Rambo you don’t even need dialogue, just a truck load of fake blood and guns. Awesome!

at exactly 11:43pm, green goblin was pronounced dead at the scene. it is lead to believe that he posed his own death. why? we do not know. he was a great fish and an amazing siamese fighter. green goblin came from the beta family - his ancestors gave him brilliant coloration, and long flowing fins which he loved to display before his friend in the mirror.
"what's that smell of burning?", asks monica as she made her way into the washroom. at this moment she knew something was wrong. earlier on in the evening she had lit a candle... the candle she always lights every so often. this candle is in the same spot at all times. there he lay. in the centre of the candle, was green goblin's corpse. his fins were now black and no longer vibrant red and blue. the stinch of death was near. emad thinks GG jumped out of his water and landed in the candle where he burned himself. why would a fish like this jump to his own death? he was given everything he could possibly wish for. from a designer bowl, to the best food out there... he lived to be 2 years old. never had he attempted to try this unforgiven act before. the candle wasn't even that close to the bowl. the bowl was on a stand and is higher than the candle. what a fall that was. it is in question that his water level might have exceeded the limit.

2morrow is my koumbara's halloween party and e i are gunna dress up.. i can't say what were gunna be because someone might read it and then it wont be a surprise.

work is going great.. the best ppl ever to work with.

marriage is still kicking strong :) fun times infinity. love rawks. he's the best.

kiko aka mr. personality is such a krazy little man. i swear he is like a little boy wearing a dog's costume for halloween. oh! speaking of halloween ill post a really funny pic.

our koumbare, e and i went to the queens of the stoneage concert last week i think it was... it was freakin sweet!! we all rawked and rolled along. its too bad the finger 11 sum 41 concert got cancelled.. what a shame!

k u wanna know something really gross? grosser than eating cow dong or balls... even if they are chocolate covered? wellll.. nah nevermind... i changed my mind... i cant tell u...

i love it off. its much more powerful because he fixed it up. way bigger screen than my little one. this is like the big mama of what i had before..

i guess i am truly a macaholic. it would be nice to get me one of them new mac notebooks... but until then.. this will suffice.

aside from this sticked news.. life is good. e and i are doing really well in our married life 2gether. trying to enjoy every day to its fullest and all. theres tons i have not written about.. not because i don't want to.. but because we are so busy!!! i shall get back to blogging soon because i need to keep track of all my memories somehow.

this past long weekend we went to niagara. it was really good to get away. we even had a jacuzzi in our room! we went on the simulation rides ripley has and the official niagara one near that tower. we bought some great souvenirs even though we've been there many times... hehe but the hershey and coke store was very hard to resist.. and the harley store... oh and we got this street sign that says "happy trail" .. aint that cute?

work is really well. i love where i am right now because its the people that make it great! char, the other graphic designer there is totally rad.

our lia has gone off to grad school and already i miss her! jo jo is a few steps closer to becoming a real teacher.. hehe. and x and elle are doing great as well. im so proud of you all. g 4sure misses lia infinity times more. awww i can't imagine what that feels like. when e has to work overtime i miss him galore.

our little kiko monster is adjusting to his new home. i must say he is handling things quite well. aside from a few surprises he's left for us when we came home... he is still our baby dawg.

The wallpaper is now up and it looks awesome. We'll be moving the sofas, the TV, and the bar stools next weekend. So really, by next weekend, our condo will be ready! It was sooo much fun going around with teddy to shop for things. The funniest thing that happened yesterday was how E was trying out the mattresses. He looked so cute each time he layed down and I swear he was about to fall asleep as soon as his head hit the pillow.

When we went to Ikea to buy our lights, we ended up getting a whole lotta spotlights! eeeeeeeekkkk the condo looks stellar. We have a few things left to do like put up our way kewl circular mirrors and small shelves here and there... but we're done w/ all the big stuff.

This Sunday teddy and I are going to a Raptor's game!! Can't wait! We always make the game fun even when those boys don't play too well hahaha.

Monday I start a new job!! I'm so excited I just can't hide it! Graphic designer = me.

What's up with facebook and why is everyone using it? Geez its like a whole new world. I will never ever sign up for something like that. He came to pick me up from work, where I was running late because I had to work on a project there, and we were so worried we were going to miss the show. Finally we drive in search for some fast food and see the big M shining bright like the star of david when Jesus was born. We order and drive through heading to the station. Inserting our change into the box, e gets stared down by the guy behind the glass window... so naturally, we both stare back and laughed our way down the stairs to the subway line. We didn't have to wait too long to catch our ride! We ate fast, got off at St. George, and then we had to take the other subway car to Sherbourne. That was all quick up until this point... after we got off at Sherbourne... we needed to take the bus. So we got our transfers and went out to wait for the street car. Wa. Wai. Wait. Waiting.... Felt like forever and day...

Finally after like 20 mins, the bus comes, we jump in and ask if were going the right way because it was dark and we were excited and we just wanted to make sure we weren't gunna miss the show! We were told we were heading the wrong way... We didn't wanna wait any longer for other bus so we started walking.. and walking.. and walking... we were speed walking, you would be proud.. Practically running there, we were faster than the bus! It didn't comee because we kept looking left to see if it was coming...

So here we are, in the line up of the Phoenix. We're here! We're here! Next in line are we, we get carded (sadly they thought I was younger) and we get braceleted, hahahahha I said braceleted! e gets a bad look again because the bouncer asked him what his yellow cancer society bracelet was for... uh duuhhh... where has this guy been living? So anyway, we are now in, following the sound of music. Hah! Sound of music it is... but not a live band! Know why? Because nobody started playing yet! We were fashionably late (in proach gear might I add), and yet we were early... Yay for general admission because we found a spot right infront of stage to stand all night. It was great!!! The opening band was rad, next band sort of sucked... third band was STELLAR!!! Because it was Papa Roach ofcourse. teddy and i headbanged and swayed w/ the spine tiggling beats.. it was a night we will never forget.. until their next concert ofcourse.

Welcome back from the holidays, aka the new forever summer!! Well minus the weather we've had ever since this past Monday.

So it's already mid-January and here in Toronto, winter is nowhere in sight. NOT. It's here, and its gunna stay. It was actually quite spooky before- no snow here, freakish storms in BC and polar bears dying!!! You know it must be really bad when even President George Bush admits that this whole “global warming” thing might be real. Queue apocalyptic music and images reminiscent of The Day After Tomorrow here.

In other news unrelated to your end, I've got some great things on the horizon! The shower, the wedding... Yes, with all that rad planning, soon I'll be saying, “Pfft, apocalyptic weather? Who Cares! " Or, maybe not. In the meantime, keep yourself busy with the gold below.

- my nephew won that jelly bean contest I was telling you about.
- I wore that dress I posted to the Xmas party and it looked great.
- I GOT MY DRESS! that's right baby, straight from Spain it came.
- Sadly, my bro has moved away to the U.S... I miss him very much but luckily I get to see him every other weekend... this should have been first on my list of updates. I'm also happy for him because he is happy.
- shower planning has officially started ... tonight.
- wedding invites are printed.. just gotta put everything together and send.
- work is going alright :)
- e is the best fiance in the world... but you already knew that, duh.
- honeymoon is going to be booked soon
- rings will be bought soon
