So, today is my first day back @ work after a life changing weekend. Where do I even begin? I had the opportunity to attend this AMAZING conference with some of Canada's brightest and most passionate youth I have ever met! The lessons I've learned, and people I've befriended will definately remain vivid within my mind and heart. I will never forget my butterfly memory which made the biggest impact on me! For those of you who were there, you will remember what I said @ that circle, things happen for a reason..

To all the CHANGE facilitators, and participants you are always a part of my heart, and mind!

Just remember "one flap. global impact"
