Steven Clift wrote to his online community DoWire that he would be in Helsinki at the end of November.  So we invited him for a speech at the department of communication - where I am doing my PhD- at the University of Helsinki. He kindly accepted it. He spoke on "Citizens' E-Democracy: Building Local Issues Forums" on November 27th at 4pm. more info on<br />
