Life in all forms inspires me. People that I have seen go out and leave a positive mark in their communities are all true inspirations. They go out and help others by encouraging others to make a positive change, saving a life or even helping a needy person. Seeing this has touched the deepest part of my heart. I am now living with the desire to change my community.

Where I come from, poverty in third world countries has become a concerning issue to me. All the other issues we have are worsened by our economic situation. We can’t afford healthcare for the sick or schooling for the illiterate. This has led us to continue to dig deeper into the poverty hole.
I became aware of this issue because I am living and experiencing it. Those around me have nothing to happy about. Its because of these problems that I have dedicated my life to so I can be an example that people are only poor by choice and can make it with perseverance.

A good leader is consistent in policies and is firm when necessary while allowing suggestions and ideas from other people. A leader has the ability to know what is right and wrong and take actions that will leave a positive mark on everyone.
A good leader should be honest, creative, a good orator and a source of inspiration and positive direction for other people.

TakingITGlobal has helped me achieve one of my major goals of getting in touch with youths all over the world and sharing our ideas with each other. I believe through TIG and many more possibilities, we will be able to create awareness about the numerous issues that face us and work towards a way to solving them.
TakingITGlobal is the tool that today’s youth need to shape their leadership and team skills as they prepare themselves to face the many challenges in the future.
