Artwork, hard work and creativity.
I am really open-minded and consider a lot of things art. It inspires me everywhere I go when I'm able to appreciate the beauty that someone has created.
My personality slogan is "work, hard-work, and re-work." I like to be organized when I tackle something and when I look at someone who brings really dedicates themselves to something, it brings out the potential in me.
Creativity opens my mind and makes me try different methods to bring out my strengths and develop my proaction. I believe creativity in writing makes me think, and creativity in programming makes me act.

Mental health has spoken to me through my whole life as an area that needs to concern everyone and affects everything.
I became aware at a young age with a family member's mental health issues and my own later in life.
Recently I have recovered and wanted to get involved in affecting change in the system and in young people's lives to help us grow and reduce the stigma.

Sensitivity is a major leadership quality. If I genuinely care about the people I am affecting, I can't do wrong.
Leaders make change by bringing out the best in others and being there as guidance and support.
Also, communication and organization are key. I can create community if I can network and reach all channels. And I need the organization to bring it all together.

TIG has grown immensely in a short time. I think that alone has made an impact globally. The internet is TakingITGlobal to me and I hope I can unpack it more every day.
