I am inspired by language, specifically how different cultures use language to communicate their culture to each other. I have tried to learn a new language myself (e.g. English) but have had little success. Although it is a challenge to learn a new language, I believe that language is the key to bringing others together despite differences. ( read more)

Podría decir que el hecho que he tenido que trabajar muy duro desde que era un adolescente para poder llegar a superarme como persona, también podría decir que el hecho de ser bisexual y haber sido objeto de un sin fin de burlas y agresiones; o tal ves por vivir en carne propia los estrago que hace el VIH en una sociedad ignorante. The 'Pearl of the Adriatic', situated on the Dalmatian coast, became an important Mediterranean sea power from the 13th century onwards. Although severely damaged by an earthquake in 1667, Dubrovnik managed to preserve its beautiful Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque churches, monasteries, palaces and fountains. Damaged again in the 1990s by armed conflict, it is now the focus of a major restoration programme co-ordinated by UNESCO.
