Experience, skills, and intelligence can be developed over time, but if a leader does not feel for the people then there is not a single reason for him or her to be in the position to start with. What matters to me most is the issue of youth awareness and development in various areas. Specifically, I am concerned with youth involvement in generating new ideas, goods, services, and practices in their community that are both useful and sustainable.
