My inspiration comes from people who have achieved great things against the odds. Some people perform best when nothing is expected, but these circumstances can develop equally from when too much is expected and pressure is very high.
Feats that are performed involving talent, enthusiasm, passion, determination, dedication and diligence are also motivating.

Good leaders are not common in most African countries which is due in part to the type of democratic practices employed by the country's leaders when getting elected, creating new policies, and delivering on promises made. A good leader therefore is one who is able to produce results over 50% of the time, be objective when making decisions, and be willingly to make his or her own decisions. The Arctic Circle region of northern Sweden is the home of the Saami, or Lapp people. It is the largest area in the world (and one of the last) with an ancestral way of life based on the seasonal movement of livestock. Every summer, the Saami lead their huge herds of reindeer towards the mountains through a natural landscape hitherto preserved, but now threatened by the advent of motor vehicles. Historical and ongoing geological processes can be seen in the glacial moraines and changing water courses.
