There is so much that has enriched my life, in spite of the Liberian civil crisis.
As a child, I should have been watching television; I should have been in school learning biology to understand how cells developed and how they die, sociology to know how social factors alter our behaviors or psychology to understand how war affected perceptions but the war taught me the opposite of what I wanted to learn. My life is an interesting one because I live every moment as if it were unscripted and beyond prediction while at the same time fully embracing my ultimate purpose in life and the many opportunities I have been given to fulfill it. Getting involved in my community has always been a strong point for me, but I never really felt like I was making a difference in my life and the lives of those around me has not.
