An issue that matters to me is [youth] leadership. As I observed the leadership pursuits of my peers, I saw how easily good intentioned-leaders became corrupted leaders, and how charismatic leaders became narcissistic. Some leaders that I admire in history are Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, and Nelson Mandela who not only voiced the many injustices against people of African descent, but who also called for equality for all. The main thing that inspires me is Laughter. It is the epitome of our joy as a people and is shared by all. It is the true sign that our actions have reaped positive rewards. When we hear laughter, especially of children we know that our people are happy. That should be our goal, to be happy and spread laughter, those that do that are indeed inspirational. They are home to a very diverse array of animals, including 77% of the large mammals (especially elephants and tigers), 50% of the large birds and 33% of the land vertebrates to be found in this region.
