For me, inspiration can be found among many challenges, either positive or negative. In the case of positive challenges, I have been inspired by good manners, which I have used to tackle and handle problems for which I have also received recognition. My personal achievements have also positively inspired me since it has resulted in the improvement of living standards among many poor communities. Speaking out against injustice. Advocacy for less privilege and those who are unable to plead their cause. seeking and reaching out for change is what inspire me. I want to see young adults making an impact in their world. I like to challenge young people to be more aware of the issues that affect them and using appriopriate advocacy skills to seek a change in policies, culture and traditions that help perpetuate these issues. I try to always empathise and see what positive additions I can make to their efforts or what initiative I can take to even do better. The pogost of Kizhi (i.e. the Kizhi enclosure) is located on one of the many islands in Lake Onega, in Karelia. Two 18th-century wooden churches, and an octagonal clock tower, also in wood and built in 1862, can be seen there. These unusual constructions, in which carpenters created a bold visionary architecture, perpetuate an ancient model of parish space and are in harmony with the surrounding landscape.
