I want to see the nations of the OECD bring their levels of aid to 0.7% of GNI. I really believe that poverty is an issue that could be drastically affected in our lifetimes and I am determined to see some key changes made. The Make Poverty History campaign is hitting countries all over the world and making 'ordinary citizens' aware of the real issues faced by one in five people on this planet. Built at the end of the 16th century on a plan in the form of a grill, the instrument of the martyrdom of St Lawrence, the Escurial Monastery stands in an exceptionally beautiful site in Castile.
