Communication is key. A good leader listens and cares about everyone's wants and needs. In my opinion a good leader should be respectful and understanding. I became involved in this area (rights of girls, women) when I last travelled into some rural areas in Enugu state where there has never been electricity since the world began exept for rich men living in towns who come home, once in 10 years and buy a generator set. I saw the pains and the mosquitos as well as manutrition, sickness and stunted growth. After due consideration I decided to champion a public opinion in their favour and help them get out of the pain.
