A good leader is one who carries the burdens of those they are leading. He/she should exhibit exemplary leadership skills to be a good leader, and he/she should lead through service in addition to understanding the importance of keeping his/her followers motivated. I belong to a landless family from a remote village of India. My parents somehow managed to admit me to a missionary school called Khrist Raja High School Bettiah, Bihar, a very renowned school in West Champaran. Champaran is where Gandhiji started his movement for freedom.

Inspiration to me is basically finding the good in life and wanting to do good, finding hope and giving it to others. Havana was founded in 1519 by the Spanish. By the 17th century, it had become one of the Caribbean's main centres for ship-building. Although it is today a sprawling metropolis of 2 million inhabitants, its old centre retains an interesting mix of Baroque and neoclassical monuments, and a homogeneous ensemble of private houses with arcades, balconies, wrought-iron gates and internal courtyards.
