The issue that matters to me most is development. I am from a very poor community where only some have the opportunity to go to school and others are left with no direction. Yet, I was fortunate enough to attend University and after the completion of my studies I immediately started to create my own development projects. These people are self-motivated to work hard at whatever they do, not for their own benefit, but for the benefit of those around them. They are truly one of a kind. Youth involvement in community development and social change. I became aware of it at an early stage in life and what currently impresses me the most is the Ministry of Youth Affairs incorporating the ideas of a 13 year old Kenyan, Trevor Langat kibet in the budget speech. This shows that youth ideas are no longer being shunned and that our leaders are moving in the right direction in appreciating what youngsters have to offer. ( daha fazlasını okuyun)
