On my own perspective, I believe everyone is a leader. This is because leadership begins in our homes – that’s where we exhibit leadership qualities; care, tolerance, openness, etc. Every leader should be able to live a positive and exemplary life. As young people and leaders, it is bound on us to impact our communities positively starting at youthful age. A smile that comes straight from the heart. Yes, the joy that i see among orphan children who are either infected or affected with HIV/AIDS or with disability. They inspire me a lot. Having seen them and spent enough time to understand their psychology....at times my reasoning comes to a halt. Despite having to deal with so much, they taught me to see the beauty of life.
