TIG is a great source of useful information, and it provides a platform for world wide interaction. Already I have made useful discoveries through TIG and I continue to do so, I have been able to voice out my opinions, grievances, publicize my organization and connect with other organizations with similar interests.

I am in inspired by what I've seen in my environment and community . I am inspired by issues such as poverty, illiteracy, war, and so forth. I am inspired by the fact that more and more of my peers around the world are getting involved in issues that affect my community and I believe that I too can be a part of this noble process. An issue that matters to me is [youth] leadership. As I observed the leadership pursuits of my peers, I saw how easily good intentioned-leaders became corrupted leaders, and how charismatic leaders became narcissistic. Some leaders that I admire in history are Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, and Nelson Mandela who not only voiced the many injustices against people of African descent, but who also called for equality for all.
