I went on the Rural Development Exchange that was put on by Augustana University College and Canada World Youth. On this exchange I was given the opportunity to live and work in Mexico. I am very much inspired by the the potential that l have soon realized in me. It took me quite a lot of time to realize that l can sing, make good art (drawings) due to the absence of adequate knowledge and resources. When l was in my lower grades of Education l could not dream of leading anyone nor prospering in life due to the way l used to fail at school. Yes, TakingITGlobal can help me to achieve some of my goals; actually it has already. TIG has provided me with an outlet to express my ideas to young people worldwide. I am able to learn about other cultures by getting involved in projects. That helps me to see what other youth are doing out there.
