I think a good leader is one who is fair, self motivated, appreciative, committed, enthusiastic, understanding and one who can articulate issues. In addition, one who has strong ability to influence the rest of the group in doing something either in a negative or positive way but the best way is to encourage the team to do positive things. A smile that comes straight from the heart. Yes, the joy that i see among orphan children who are either infected or affected with HIV/AIDS or with disability. They inspire me a lot. Having seen them and spent enough time to understand their psychology....at times my reasoning comes to a halt. Despite having to deal with so much, they taught me to see the beauty of life.
