My life changed from that day on because I realized when you lose just one parent, it feels like your world has come to an end. I never looked at my mother, single parents or widows the same way since. My heart’s desire is to open up a safe haven for such kids to call home. If you still have one of your parents, please appreciate him/her because you still have it better than some of the kids in an orphanage. I'm inspired by ideas, innovation, enthusiasm, creativity and thinking outside the box. I find my inspiration in good books, interactions with friends, websites, and other people's stories. The thing that inspires me most is when someone gets really excited about an issue, and then goes about addressing the issue in a way that's never been done before, combining creativity, efficiency and beauty. In simple words, a good leader has to have a heart that's bigger than his or her ego. Experience, skills, and intelligence can be developed over time, but if a leader does not feel for the people then there is not a single reason for him or her to be in the position to start with.
