In simple words, a good leader has to have a heart that's bigger than his or her ego. Experience, skills, and intelligence can be developed over time, but if a leader does not feel for the people then there is not a single reason for him or her to be in the position to start with. What inspires me most is seeing young people engage themselves in activities which are channeled towards the development of self and the community. I feel inspired when I see young people build up values for themselves.
