I get inspired by people who are considered as unable to do big things in the society,becoming socially prominent by touching people's hearts.This builds me a sense of 'I can' and in return I set goals to touch other people's hearts by sharing the small i have.And as for today I am really inspired by Oprah. In simple words, a good leader has to have a heart that's bigger than his or her ego. Experience, skills, and intelligence can be developed over time, but if a leader does not feel for the people then there is not a single reason for him or her to be in the position to start with.
