Inspiration is when a brother reaches out to help the neighbour across the street because he has run out of milk for his children. When a sister reaches out and helps the neighbour call for police because she knows her neighbour is being robbed and refuses to turn a blind eye. When a piece of paper is falling along the pavement outside your house and you pick it up to put it in the garbage bin or trash can. A good leader is one who carries the burdens of those they are leading. He/she should exhibit exemplary leadership skills to be a good leader, and he/she should lead through service in addition to understanding the importance of keeping his/her followers motivated.
