Yes, I think that TakingITGlobal has given me an opportunity to network with various youth globally, and to gain a better understanding of what is happening internationally. As well I believe that TIG can do even more in terms of creating an inclusive environment for young people to network, gather ideas, and reflect upon their personal challenges, especially with regards to youth in Africa. I believe that there is a way to improve drastically the global policies so at least there won’t be famine anywhere. It is known that the production of food it is enough for feeding everybody so we only have to deliver it.
I worked for UNDP around 2 years and that is how I became involved through reading a lot of information regarding several social development problems.
