Je suis inspiree par la violence faite aux femmes car voyez-vous il y a pas mal de femmes qui sont victimes partout dans leur foyer, leur travail parce qu'elles sont des femmes. Particulièrement dans mon pays ces abus sont très courants et c'est pour cela que je me suis engagée dans le mouvement feministe afin de faire respecter les droits des femmes partout ailleurs. I am passionate about issues which deal with youth empowerment. Many young people today lack empowerment and without it societies will not be able to grow to its fullest potential. I became aware of this issue while counseling young people. I loved listening to what they had to say and I also enjoyed giving them my point of view, at the same time letting them know it was just my opinion. I believe the more tools TakingITGlobal provide; that suits my needs; the more I would be interested to use it and develop my skills upon it.
I am very interested and excited of the new learning tools TIG is providing; the more projects TIG offers to young people; even though they need commitment, the sustainability of this commitment is proof of the desire for this project and program.
