I think a good leader is one who is fair, self motivated, appreciative, committed, enthusiastic, understanding and one who can articulate issues. In addition, one who has strong ability to influence the rest of the group in doing something either in a negative or positive way but the best way is to encourage the team to do positive things. I am inspired by young people engaged in entrepreneurship. Most of the challenges that has besieged the world today can be laid at the doorstep of poverty especially in developing economies. If young people can engage their talents, skills, potentials and/or abilities productively, then they can successfully deal their with individual or personal issues thus having a cumulative effect. Nature and activity inspires me. Activities such as the people who fought for their rights and those who built societies and improved the quality of lives; the Pharaohs, Romans, Persians, Vikings, and all other civilizations. They all accepted the good and rejected the bad. I'm inspired by the people who were persistent and worked hard to achieve their goal; those who sacrificed their rest and comfort for attaining global needs and morals.
