Leaders produce leaders not followers. They encourage independence in those that they lead and they always aspire to achieve what is best for the team. I am inspired by passionate enthusiasm, and by optimism (nice generic answers, I know). I'm also very inspired when I see people speak out about things that matter to them, and speak up when they see wrong doings in the world. The prospect of travel inspires me, as do children, especially children that are already survivors in one way or another. ( lire plus...)

What inspires me the most are the rights of youth and children and how they develop those rights. This is most easily communicated with the use of ICT (Information and Communications Technology) tools, which inform the public, especially young people [on their rights] and their environment. As well, I am inspired by the well-being of every individual and their way of life.
In addition, I am determined to help every youth find success in the future by helping them while they develop. ( lire plus...)
