Jag blir inspirerad av alla människor som jobbar för förändring. Allt från elevrådsaktiva i Avesta till de orangea revolutionärerna i Ukraina. Jag uppskattar mycket att sitta och prata med en person som verkligen gjort skillnad.
När man arbetar med förändringsarbete, så är inspirationen enormt viktig. Att känna att man faktiskt kan nå sina drömmar och göra världen till en bättre plats är enormt häftigt. ( lire plus...)

A good leader does not dominate nor dictate. A good leader produces other leaders, not followers. A good leader should understand the importance of service. Leaders are supposed to serve, but many people do not understand this. Nelson Mandela epitomizes the ideal serving leader as he served his native peoples to fight for human rights. Fela Kuti is another leader who served his people with the gift of music. Leadership is about service and one needs to be in the back serving, before receiving... ( lire plus...)

Taking information technology to the grassroots, to the people that need it in the rural communities and long for it is a very important issue to me. Since education can make changes, let them be educated to develop a standard that will take them to their next level. I became aware of this issue when I took a survey on the subject matter in my area and many people did not know about it.
