Life is such that all of us come into the world with individual challenges which I think are meant to make us stronger and wiser. But these challenges are not always easy to work through nor are their lessons easy to learn. I get inspired when I see those people who are able to work through the challenges which might seem insurmountable at first. Inspiration to me is knowing that though the road through becoming a better person might not always be easy - it is not an impossible path either! ( ler mais)

A good leader is one who carries the burdens of those they are leading. He/she should exhibit exemplary leadership skills to be a good leader, and he/she should lead through service in addition to understanding the importance of keeping his/her followers motivated. People! People: anyway whether they are active and looking for progress, or just absolutely narrow-minded and caring only about themselves. It motivates me to recognise how we can improve our planet. For this it is great to see the ideas, the power and the credos of the active ones. But to analyse how to change the world with the help of couch potatoes is at least as inspiring. ( ler mais)
