I think a good leader is one who is fair, self motivated, appreciative, committed, enthusiastic, understanding and one who can articulate issues. In addition, one who has strong ability to influence the rest of the group in doing something either in a negative or positive way but the best way is to encourage the team to do positive things. Also a good leader should listen to the voices of those that they lead and incorporate their interests and opinions in the decision-making process. ( leer más)

Recently on April 21st 2007 I marked my 23rd birthday and Taking it global joined me in celebrating by sending me a most wonderful e-card I have ever received and I am grateful. For the team being there for me have indeed inspired me further to do great things.

I get inspired by successful women, female academicians, female philanthropists and youths that spend their time doing genuine volunteerism at the grassroots level.
I get encouraged when I meet or read about young people who try to be better at what they lay their hands on.
I get touched when I see/read about young people with great visions and dreams. Especially those that aspire to become a voice unto our generation.
