Inspiration comes from the Lord, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and every other god. It comes from nature and it's beauty, sometimes from the beauty of others. But most importantly, it comes from the acts of others. Even mistakes are inspiring, so you can learn from them. Lots of my inspiration comes from this. In simple words, a good leader has to have a heart that's bigger than his or her ego. Experience, skills, and intelligence can be developed over time, but if a leader does not feel for the people then there is not a single reason for him or her to be in the position to start with.
