For me, inspiration can be found among many challenges, either positive or negative. In the case of positive challenges, I have been inspired by good manners, which I have used to tackle and handle problems for which I have also received recognition. My personal achievements have also positively inspired me since it has resulted in the improvement of living standards among many poor communities. Being born and raised in Kenya, culture and the study of humanity has always been my inspiration. My beautiful country of Kenya has a diverse and unique set of cultural values and a heritage drawn from 42 ethnic groups. This has inspired me to think beyond Kenya and Africa, anthropology with its origins in the natural sciences, the humanities, and the social sciences has given me a global picture.
