I believe a good leader is a person who knows when they need to take charge. At the same time, they can let other people take lead and work with them to achieve the common goal. Leaders must be tough enough to fight but tender enough to cry. Leaders must be human enough to make mistakes, but also humble enough to admit them. What inspires me? Humanity. That we can be resilient in the face of uncountable woes, that we can show kindness in the face of cruelty, that we can smile even in the worst of calamities, and that we(some of us at least) possess the intelligence to create solutions to our problems even in the smallest of ways never ceases to amaze me. As a human beings I believe, there are virtually no bounds as to what we can do with the power God gave us!
