A good leader does not dominate nor dictate. A good leader produces other leaders, not followers. A good leader should understand the importance of service. Leaders are supposed to serve, but many people do not understand this. Nelson Mandela epitomizes the ideal serving leader as he served his native peoples to fight for human rights. Life and living it inspires me. Being able to know that no matter your race, colour, economic status and place of birth, you have dignity and right to live is a treasure that we should all encourage and embrace.
Seeing the youth of today trying to be citizens of one community and that is the global village makes me think that the day is now that we should be inspired by the challenges of this world and make the challenges to be gate way to opportunities. ( ler mais)

TIG is a great source of useful information, and it provides a platform for world wide interaction. Already I have made useful discoveries through TIG and I continue to do so, I have been able to voice out my opinions, grievances, publicize my organization and connect with other organizations with similar interests.
I am very Hopeful that with TIG, 50% of my Humanitarian Goals will be achieved. It's just a matter of time. ( ler mais)
