Until poverty, illiteracy, and a plethora of other ills are no more, young people will continue to grow into adulthood as they are: restricted, under-developed and without reaching their potentials. To answer this question I first have to say that I often find it difficult to obey authority figures who I feel are not justified in terms of the ways they lead others. Yet, I strongly agree that we all need leadership but leaders should be chosen democratically and their methods should be open to public critique. Thus, a good leader is one who will listen to their followers and will effectively compromise with them in order to ensure a clear vision for her or his organization, country,...
