I want to see the nations of the OECD bring their levels of aid to 0.7% of GNI. I really believe that poverty is an issue that could be drastically affected in our lifetimes and I am determined to see some key changes made. The Make Poverty History campaign is hitting countries all over the world and making 'ordinary citizens' aware of the real issues faced by one in five people on this planet. I am inspired by things like the "clean city" law in São Paulo that bans outdoor advertising. Not only because I think there is alot of advertising pollution around the world, but because it proves to me that a big change (that I previously would have thought that rich corportations could have stopped) can happen.
